Had to exchange a few bowed posts and pickets that were delivered in my order. Pulled up to the yard, saw multiple people walking around yet not one came to assist or even ask if I needed help. Literally sat waiting for 13 minutes until finally an employee approached to ask "you need something?" ....not Hello, not how can I help you, but..."you need something?". Acted as if it was a bother I was there and he had to come ask me. Explained had bowed posts and pickets that needed to exchange. Was told to go to another area on the yard. Get to that area, and again.....wait! Almost 10 mins. Finally someone on a forklift comes up and again..."Did you need help?" I'm sorry but what else would someone be doing there? I guess customer service doesn't exist? Is it a self service yard? So again It's explained that I needed to exchange a few posts and pickets. The employee gets the posts and brings them over. But there was no hurry while he did this. I then ask what about the pickets....I was then told I had to go BACK to the original area I was at to get them. I go back, the 1st employee came out with a receipt for me and says "here you go". I ask what about the pickets? He says what pickets? I say I had asked you about exchanging the 3 posts and pickets because they were bowed. I got the posts and was sent back here to get the pickets, I assume the 2nd employee must have contacted him since he came out with a receipt? The employee then responds in a rude and irked way to me "you're doing an exchange?! You said a return. Great now I gotta do the paper all over, you said you were returning them. That's different and you said you're returning them" I explained I never said anything about a return and when I saw him the first time I explained I had some pieces that came in my order that were bowed and I needed to just EXCHANGE, I never said I was returning anything, He goes to change or fix the paperwork and returns to give it back to me. I then asked what about the pickets? The staff member was rude and unprofessional in his actions, and their demeanor suggested they were bothered by my request for assistance. This made the interaction uncomfortable and discouraging. I was told I could go get the pickets myself. I asked him if he could help me and he questioned me for asking him, by saying "you need my help getting them?"Their customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. Which is a shame because there are few options in this area, but I honestly encourage anyone needing services to take their business somewhere else. Unless you like being ignored, treated like a burden for needing their help or products!

When I first dropped by, it was just to scope out the yard products and get some ideas for a DIY project. One of the yard workers drove up to me and asked if I needed a hand and said just give a yell if I decided I needed anything. When I came back to buy, their yard folks helped me load lumber and bags of fence post mix into my pickup on multiple occasions. Nice! And if you don't know, their lumber prices beat the big box store that's just up the road.

I was in the town of Jackson and happen to see the Ace hardware store on Highway 49. I…read moredeliberately stopped on in to check to see if they carried a particular brand of drain cleaner. This brand isn't carried in the big box shop down the street. Sure enough they carried it. Overall, it's a nice little community hardware shop. Anyway, it's compact inside. The aisles are narrow. Hubs and I meandered about looking for the cleaner. I was momentarily distracted with the gift section. Shelves were stocked with a diverse selection of hardware merchandise. We walked by three staff while on our search. Finally we asked two of them that happen to be speaking to each other. They told us where it was. Hubs and I walked over and sure enough it was where they said it would be. The pricing was on par to other hardware stores. Like it or not, they close daily at 5pm except Sundays which they close earlier at 4:30pm. Plus they no longer have bathroom access to customers. The sign on the front door states no public restrooms and the nearest ones are at the library and at Detert Park. The library is in the next parking lot and the park is about .4 miles down the street.

They do NOT check to see if all the parts are included before installation. Missing "kick board" to bottom of dishwasher was missing. They replaced it with a used one. It has taken them OVER 3 weeks to tell me they may have to replace the whole dishwasher because they are to lazy to contact the manufacturer to get the missing piece. RUN as fast as you can from here. Sadly, you will need to go else where out of the county to get your appliances.

How dumb is that? Hire a high school student for a few hours a week to make sure all pricing is current. Seemed like just another jewelry-cum-pawn shop rather than an antique store so we almost passed it by. There were a couple women in the ring section trying on the most god awful looking rings. One actually said, 'I don't like that one it isn't big enough' all the while wearing rings that would only look appropriate on the finger of Gozer, the giant red eyed woman from Ghostbusters. Why oh why do some women still think size matters? We almost left but wandered into a backroom where some of the more exotic pawned items were on display including guitars, clarinets, other musical instruments, and various other oddities. You can find many interesting items here including some very old guns, some very new jewelry, a couple pieces of antique jewelry, and other sundry items. Upon leaving we noted the 25% Off Everything sign for February only. I wonder if anyone who had pawned their precious belongings would have gone back to reclaim any had they know about the sale. There was a really nice item in the back that I might have to go back for but I'm keeping that little bit a secret. Don't want any collectors who read this to find out.

He spent a great deal of time to help my husband identify replacement parts and was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use this company if they gave me the service for free!…read more Don't bother with the Service Department. Scheduled them over 1 week ago to service our refrigerator. After calling company everything communicated was via text msg including our address. We were contacted yesterday stating they would be here between 8am and 12 pm today. Received another text this am stating they were going to be here between 8am and 9am. Service tech never showed up- I contacted them when I got a $195 travel bill. Sarah said they would be here soon. Moral of the story - I contacted them multiple times and again at 2:30pm to tell them we were still waiting. Sarah stated she made a mistake and put in the wrong address. The wrong address was happy because they needed their refrigerator fixed which their service guy decided to do. She stated they would charge us 1/2 the charge and would schedule us for next week. I don't know how this company can stay in business.
