My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!

He came to my house and diagnosed the problem. Saying there are only 2 things that could cause it. The first was a circuit board which he replaced at my house. When that didn't work he said he would have to take the tv to his shop to take the glass off. He ordered the second part which fixed the problem. When he brought the tv back he set it up again and it actually plays better then before. The colors are so much brighter and vivid. One thing I want to stress when Lavell orders a part it takes 7 days to get it. so please be patient Thanks Lavell for a job well done.
