Within 45mins they had fixed the tv, fixed the bracket, had it back working on the wall and Chad was spraying the tv to clean off the finger prints! I was stunned and in awe and they let me hang around and be nosey! Funny fact my wife was in the next room asleep and she said she didn't know people were even in the house! We mount TV? More like we left you on read…read more I called We Mount TV on 08/26/2025 to inquire a quote and when they would be able to perform the service. We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM. I called We Mount TV on 08/29/2025 at 1:40pm to confirm our appointment for 08/30/2025 they said everything was good to go and the appointment was confirmed. On 08/30/2025 I got a text message from We Mount TV at 09:09 stating the tech was sick and they were going to move some stuff around so they can get someone out to mount the tv that day but at a later time. I replied with OK do you know what time? I never got a response, I still gave them a chance and thought Mayne they are busy just trying to finish some jobs and would get back to me. I decided to give them until Tuesday 09/02/2025 to get back to me since it was the Labor Day weekend, still giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use the Labor Day weekend as an excuse for the reason they dropped the ball. I am writing this review on 09/06/2025 at 8:17PM and I still have not heard from WE Mount TV. Not an apology no nothing, simply left on read and ghosted. So if you are looking to get your tv mounted do not go to these guys, their customer service is horrible, they commitment to their word is no existent, I am actually scared to even see what their work looks like. Please be warned about this company. DO NOT, DO NOT USE THEM.

Customer Service: 5/5 Jason came with a TEAM of experts to help us install our seven TV's. What I love about them is that they treated our house like their own. That may sound simple, but totally not the case with everyone we've hired. I had a horrible experience with a few of my other vendors. But this review is not about them, so I don't want to waste it on them. Jason and his team was professional, caring and more importantly, goes the extra mile to help us. Price: 5/5 Exceptional! Especially with the work you get. Jason does not nickel and dime you like many other vendors I've dealt with. It's a matter of fact, he did a few extra tasks for us without extra charge. Really an AMAZING guy. Cleanliness: 5/5 Jason and Team ensures that they vacuum and cleaned up after themselves. Unlike many other vendors we dealt with, whom just do their crappy work and expected you to clean up after them. Despite charging us an arm and leg. Quality: 5/5 Immaculate! It came out PERFECT 10! We can't be any happier. Tips: Make your appointments quick, cause these guys gets booked fast. Considering their work and reputation, I am totally not surprised. In addition, they also install Alarm systems, entertainment systems, etc. Thank you Jason and Team!!! I am super comfortable sending referrals your way. Tips: Jason also help me put up a bunch of my Arlo Security cameras. Jason ROCKS!
