They make it easy to email or upload files so there's no need to go in until the print is completed. My project was delayed so much that the State of California send me a notice they will cancel my sellers permit . One day before thanksgiving when i called their office 3 times finally Ben and Joella spoke with me and this lady Joella actually said I need to give her more time and allow her to work and Mr Ben was angry that I said everything is chaotic and that I was trigerring him .I paid them so much money , i paid for their mistakes . I donated money for their charity event . Not once have they apologized or showed any remorse on the contrary they seem upset and bitter that i ended the professional relationship.
