The coffee was okay, my sandwich was horrible, and the barista was not friendly at all. I left a tip and regretted it because after she gave me my coffee and sandwich she just walked away from the window. It shocked me that there was no goodbye or have a good day or anything. read more

We love this place. Go there EVERY DAY and the staff is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, knowledgeable--just all good. The drinks are excellent. I particularly recommend a cold brew drink called a CocoCabana--I look forward to it EVERY day. Their coffee has a better flavor--absolutely no bitterness--whatever it is, it's excellent. Usually love this place, but was met with bad customer service, and wrong coffees. Just overall disappointed.

This is day 2 in a row where I have gotten a bad coffee. There is no consistency in the drinks. There's barely any ice In my drink so it's melted within 20 minutes. I do not recommend this location. read more

My wife brought me a 20-oz. Vanilla Latte from the Canby Human Bean today, and I thought it was a great cup of coffee. It was lightly sweet and nicely balanced, without any of the burnt flavor that you find from "the big coffee chain" -- very nice. The chocolate covered espresso bean was also a nice touch. I mostly brew locally roasted "third wave" coffee beans at home (French press) for my daily coffee, but it's always nice to have a good drive-thru espresso stand nearby in case of emergency. read more

**VERY** friendly staff, always remember my "usual" Great prices! Definitely cheaper than Starbucks (including tip). They also make it how you want it! They never say "we can't do that" like Starbucks. They also have a punch card and have a "double punch" day on Wednesdays! I liked my Mocha very much. It was iced and so refreshing on a hot day. The chocolate was light and I was so excited to find that there was no thick pool of it at the bottom. The coffee had good flavor, the beans were roasted well. It wasn't too sweet which I love! I like to be able to taste the coffee over the chocolate. I feel like so many places destroy the coffee flavor with too much chocolate. Human Bean used the chocolate in a way to compliment the coffee. Really, I will drive through whenever in town. I loved the human bean but there has been new staff and whenever I get this new employee they never put the flavor in my latte.. at first I thought this was a simple mistake but, it happens ever single time I get him. Will never go here again. Got a 16oz cold brew and they charged me 31.25 on my card. After numerous calls back and forth telling me they couldn't see my car on there footage, they finally settled it and sent me a check for. 27.25. If I never noticed this charge on my bank statement I would have lost that money. read more

Every time I have ordered there, the coffee tastes very watered down or burnt. They never seem to get it right, yes they're friendly but I'm there for coffee. The last time I was there, I received a broken cup... of course I didn't notice it until I was down the street and it was spilling everywhere...
