Came here on a Friday night to play pool (they have 10 tables) and we didn't end up playing LOL! It was sooo busy, but the vibe was really chill, I'd recommend not coming on a weekend if you're looking to play pool. The bar is great with fast service! And the music is whatever someone plays on the jukebox, so it varies. Great dive bar that's small and intimate. You can meet for a drink at the bar or stand around. There's a great juke box but plays music that keeps the vibe going. Pool tables are in decent condition so get ready to try your luck. Service is adequate for a dive bar - not good, not great. I don't think any food is served here...maybe peanuts? Tried coming here with some friends and I was able to get in just fine, the bouncer barely looked at my ID. However, when my friend showed his military ID, he was denied entrance because the bouncer would not accept it as a proper form of identification although California State accepts it as proper. My friend showed his expired license (he just got back from deployment and hasn't been able to renew it) to prove his identification and age, however, the bouncer became defensive and asked us to leave because he could not "scan" the military ID. Of course he couldn't, military IDs can only be scanned by military devices. This is the only bar that has given us trouble regarding a military ID. read more

I was here a few days after they opened the bar during the first lock down of covid days. I was forced to buy a meal with my beer and was told it was a state mandated rule, which I thought It was bullshit, but I figured it will help their business so I didn't mind. The place was friendly, the staff, the people. There were enough TV's to enjoy whatever sports that was on and at that time everyone was as pretty spaced out. I wasn't there very long because I was waiting for a gf to get out of work. Overall, your typical hole in a wall sports bar, with inexpensive beers. I don't like loud music at bars, except I like loud music at the Huddle. I don't like grimy bathrooms, except it doesn't bother me at the huddle. I don't like being around belligerent drink people, but the ones at the Huddle are just so darn charming. There's some legit pool sharks here, and then there's me and my friends who take far too long to play a game. Nobody would judge you though or say you're hogging the table. The bartenders are fast, and don't play favorites. We walked in with a party of 6, one of which is 8 months pregnant (which was clearly obvious) on a Sunday at 3:00pm. We all showed our IDs, however, our pregnant friend did not have her ID on her. She offered to show both a photo copy of her ID and passport, which was not accepted and we were all asked to leave. From what I saw, the atmosphere was dark and dingy and the man who checked out IDs was rude and unwelcoming. I would not return even if we all had our IDs on us. AMBIANCE: Super chill. I'm sensitive to cigarette smell and that was the first thing I noticed upon entering the establishment. The Huddle is one of the chill spots I enjoy to go to during Football season. They have plenty of TVs with multiple sports games on at once while you knock back a few shots or beers. The bartenders here are really nice and chill people. They have a full bar and even a cubbie area for you to charge your phones. I actually like coming here to watch football with my friends who are not super into football because they also have 8 pool tables. It is only 4 quarters/$1 per game. They have 2 change machines, plenty of pool sticks and powder. The pool tables are first come first serve and they are usually not too busy before 7:00pm. This place gets surprisingly busy large in the night. They also have a juke box, pin ball machine, darts and a shooting game too. Bring those quarters!! read more

My husband and I have walked by the Huddle multiple times but never made it in until last Saturday night. We were walking by after grabbing beers from Salty Bear .. when we noticed a taco truck! We ordered some tacos and nachos and were told we could eat inside the Huddle. We decided to order some drinks and wait for our food inside and were lucky enough to grab a table (so that we could eat comfortably once our food came out). A Jack & coke cost $6 - not bad but we ordered two and our drinks were served in two differently-sized cups. It was busy enough to be lively without being too crowded early on a Saturday night and a lot of people were playing pool and ordering pitchers. Honest opinion: we probably won't head back for the tacos or The Huddle anytime soon .. but are fans of the ramen restaurant in this plaza! read more

Ok went here on a Thursday night. Place is a bit trashy. A lot yelling and screaming. Waited 25 minutes to get a beer to have served to me warm. Additionally the glass was dirty.
