We missed Breakfast by 2 minutes. Heartbreak. Obviously that's on us :-) Wasn't too busy when we got it, a few families. We didn't get greeted so we just sat ourselves. It' was our first visit so we didn't know if that was ok. We waited a few minutes for someone to come over, which was totally fine. I think they were either in shift change or just really short staffed?!? Unsure. We got a water and a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was horrible. No taste, literally looked like brown water. No carbonation, no coke flavor. We did tell them so they could check there machine. She did check and brought be another one with less ice in it to help with the flavor?! Said the machine was fine. Second one tasted just as nothing like, but it's not a big deal, I didn't want to make it a bigger deal than it was. The gal did come back and ask if it was better and said I wasn't the first person to bring this up. We ordered the Mary's chicken sandwich and the Italian sandwich. SO GOOD! The fries were also very good. 8/10 overall. The chicken sandy could've used pickles but other than that amazing! Will we definitely be back for breakfast, that side of the menu looked insane! So really my only issues were we could smell the people smoking outside in the back area which really sucked. The bathroom was gross AF. I'm sorry but I don't think I've seen a more tore up bathroom at a restaurant before. And the weird Diet Coke and it could've just been us but we kinda felt like the staff was annoyed they had to help us, again it could've just been they got slammed in the AM and were recovering BUT I actually heard 2 other guests talking about the same thing. Either way I hope the lady had a better day. And I would recommend the food here! read more

Generous 4 stars but I liked decor and space, happy hour for draft beer and cocktails was quite reasonable. Service was prompt, and I was offered a sample of the beer. Towards the end of the dinner service we were rushed a bit by the server to close out. Is the food healthy? Not at all, tasty? Yes. Did they run out of tomatoes but still provide a solid selection of sandwiches and various fried foods? Yes. Worth a stop. read more

Great find in Centralia! We were in town for a dress fitting and got there early so we grabbed lunch here. Very welcoming with lots of seating. We sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We split the Starman sandwich which resembles an Italian grinder, very good. The hand cut fries and fry sauce were delicious. Im not sure why I wasn't aware of this place before now, but I can see myself coming by often for lunch. This is a really cool little bar that has awesome food that I promise you do not want to miss out on this one. I saw an ad online yesterday for a $8 burger and fries special so I knew then I would go try it . Price is on point for a nice burger with home made fries . I was planning on getting a cheesecake dessert chimichanga to try but I was comfortably full after the lunch so I will get it next time for sure . The service was great, the food was great, prices are on point for REALLY REALLY good bar food . It's decorated so nicely I promise this just might be my favorite lunch spot in Lewis County. You shouldn't even question this place. OMG I got this breakfast for just $10. I can't tell you of how many places charge $6.50 for just 2 eggs. We need to stand up against this unfair act that breakfast places charge. If the Hub of Centralia can make a breakfast like this, then why are the other places charge more. I have been here 3 times since they opened, once for breakfast, twice for dinner. This place is beautiful! Such cool vibes. Who ever decorated has some serious good eye. The service has always been very friendly and attentive. The food has been very good as well. I got the biscuits and gravy which was a little spicy for me but that's not their fault, it does say it's rich on the menu and I am a weakling with spicy stuff. I also had the Monday night special prime rib which was good, especially good for the price and then I got chicken strips which laugh all you want but they were huge and delicious and perfect with my beer of choice. My daughter got the $1 sliders Saturday special thinking they were going to be tiny but nope! I haven't had a chance to sit at the bar yet but want to so bad, most definitely will soon. I follow them on instagram and love their videos. Overall good food with good portions at good prices, fun ambiance and service. How can you go wrong?! read more

We live in Olympia and were visiting the many antique stores in Centralia. Had never been to the Hub before. The bartender/server was very friendly, welcoming and just the right amount of attentive. That just makes all the difference to me. I had deep fried mushrooms, my wife had a burger with no bun and hand cut french fries (really good fries). Place is nice. Service was pretty good. Ordered The Hub Breakfast. Cheapest meal on the menu. A patty melt cost $20.00. Didn't know they served breakfast all day. Menu says up till 2pm.
