My sister enjoyed her perfectly cooked mushroom swiss burger. My uncle's Brush Creek Salad was quite large and crowned with a gracious amount of grilled chicken. There are several protein choices for the Brush Creek Salad. In addition to great food, the restaurant has about 7 flat screens, plenty of high top and traditional dining tables. Large floor to ceiling windows expose the beauty of the outdoors, rolling hills, fairways and golf greens. I can imagine how lovely it will be to open these large windows on a cool fall evening! Walk out of the dining area to a large covered patio with two large sectional sofas. In the middle of the patio is a fire pit surrounded by chairs.
