It was probably one of the best hotel check-ins I have had in years. As for the room, it was clean, well maintained and the beds were really comfortably. The AC had the room cold (really cold), which we like for sleeping but I will say it was a little loud, but not so bad as to keep either of us awake. The bathroom was large and had a nice walk in shower. The water pressure was a little low in the shower but we were on the third (top), floor so that's to be expected. There were roaches, no hot water, and what appeared to be mystery stains throughout the room, including on the walls and ceilings. The overall condition was bad enough that we were not comfortable staying there. We didn't even spend the night--we left because the room was unacceptable. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, sanitary, and have basic necessities like hot water. I would strongly recommend inspecting your room before settling in or, better yet, considering another hotel.
