Long line just to get in to Home Depot!

Home Depot always has a wide variety of cleaning products. (During Covid, HD was a life saver because the other stores were all out of cleaning products). Also, I purchase cactus potting soil here. It's cheaper than local plant shops. At this time, HD has a lot of Christmas wreaths available. Of course, HD has all kinds of do it yourself home projects. Today, Home Depot customer service was excellent. Sometimes it's hit or miss. The store is open seven days a week. Home Depot has a very large parking lot.

Always a great selection and fair pricing. Employees were very helpful. Challenge is always asking at least two different people to find something. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days per week. Need more cashiers for check out .

I only come here on Sundays alone to escape Bergen County Blue Law where require not only major store be closed, but the ones that are open suppose to not sell items like socks. I only once saw this enforce. That said the Home Depot carry about 90% of the same items as the next one. So only thing that makes a differences is the Management and of the store if they wish to add additional items to the electrical, kitchen or bath area. Or the Employees take care of the plants in the garden center by watering them. I found they have a good garden, electrical and flooring center here. And the self checkout helps as long as every item is bar coded.

I bought a dishwasher to be delivered. I wanted installation and removal. I paid for both. I paid for extra parts needed for the installation. They gave me a date for delivery and install. The company showed up, dropped off the dishwasher and the parts. And a 3x5 card with instructions on who I should contact to arrange a delivery appointment. Huh? Fine. So I call this third company and schedule a second visit a few days later. They have no record of me paying for the dishwasher removal however. That requires an extra SKU and it's not on the order. It seems it got lost in the big game of Order tag that I am now participating in. I also get to have a big dishwasher box in my condo for a few days while I work with yet another company on an appointment. FAIL. I understand Covid makes things difficult. But at least be transparent. This feels really shady.

Love this place. They play the best music ever. 60's a s 70's. Good stuff. Friendly staff and it's always tidy. Love it. We always come here for Holiday shopping. Every Holiday. They have a great Halloween selection. We are here for Christmas stuff now.

It depends on which one you chose but I prefer the super store in Vauxhall NJ they have everything for the DIYers.

We had a problem with a kitchenaid freezer that turns out to have been a known issue. Fine. Now we've been through 3 ovens. The first was run by the installers for an hour and looked like someone had cooked a pizza inside. It has stains all over it. Second one came completely dented on both sides. Third one was accepted and seemingly ok until a few days later we realized the bottom drawer has a huge dent in it. I've attached a photo. At this point I can't imagine Reno wants to engage any further with us as they've replaced it twice. This just marks a decline in expected quality. We go to Reno for the great service and products, but if we can no longer receive that, we'll go to the big box retailers. Update 9-10-21 Reno contacted me and made it right. Rather than replacing the entire unit again, the dented drawer was removed and replaced. We love Reno's and I want to make it 5 stars but the communication is still lacking. We were supposed to receive a call confirming when the delivery would occur; we were not home but fortunately the babysitter was there to receive the delivery. We will probably still continue to shop there for our future appliance needs. Update 03.02.2026 Unfortunately, past experiences were not one-offs, but rather early signs of decline. As I've stated, I renovated 2 kitchens with Reno plus 2 washer dryers. The microwave I bought there just a few years ago died. I called up and said give me a replacement, here is my credit card. This was in August. Easiest sale in history. Well, Reno proceeded to drag this out into December until they finally just ignored me. The first microwave had a broken fan. The installer said something wasn't right. I called, got another. Same problem. A third didn't even make it into the wall - a floor test revealed it was a manufacturer's issue. Weeks go by and I have to constantly email or call. The next solution was to give me a smaller microwave from another brand. The owner of the company sent one of those cards in the mail "welcoming" me to the Reno family. I emailed him as well - no response. My final note to them was congratulations, you got my money. You will never get another dime. Frankly, go to Lowe's or Home Depot if you want this level of service. There are other boutique appliance shops out there that would be glad to have my money.

We deeply regret using Reno's Appliance. We paid over $30,000 for a high-end appliance package and…read morethen paid an extra $850 for a complete startup package that was clearly not performed properly. Tape was left stuck on the refrigerator and freezer shelving, and I have spent hours removing it myself. We also discovered the bottom drawer was broken, which was either ignored or never inspected in the first place. The lack of care and attention to detail is shocking. The dishwasher was installed without anyone verifying it functioned. It never worked, it could not be fixed, and it took three months of constant follow-ups and arguments to get a replacement. No accountability, no urgency, and no respect for the customer's time. For premium pricing, the service should be premium. This was the opposite. I would not recommend Reno's Appliance under any circumstances.
