She was sharp and insightful and not bothered by my 7 year old running around the store (she even offered him a bag of chips) Sam worked with my budget and her communication was on point. I HIGHLY recommend this LL Flooring location for all of your home and business remodeling needs.

It was pitched as a "luxury" option meant to last, and the invoice literally says "Lifetime Warranty" right under the product description. Fast forward 5 years later, and the floor is completely falling apart under normal daily use. It's thin, cheap, and garbage quality. When I tried to actually use that lifetime warranty, they basically told me too bad. The company used a bankruptcy filing to legally wipe out all their promises to past customers, and then the original founder bought the brand assets back to keep selling the same stuff to new people under the same name. They kept the name, they kept the stores, but they threw away any responsibility for the products they sold. If they won't honor the warranties on the floors that failed, they don't deserve a single dime of your money. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a ghiacco flush mount light in 4/21/2026 for. Arhaus shipped the order which was delayed to begin with . I received the order with an incomplete set of crystals. I sent pictures of the items which they agreed where incomplete . I have been following up with Arhaus periodically to receive the crystals to complete the order I paid for . They keep pushing back the deadline without informing me . I have to follow up and then learn there is yet another delay . They are not taking action that I can see on my case . They want me to keep waiting when I'm unsure if they are actually following up with their parts department . They refuse to give me a refund without me having to hire an electrician to remove the current light at my expense . Their partial refund for the 7 month delay is only 300 which won't cover the electrician and painter in case there is damage . I told them that if they don't fulfill my order I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and their supervisor threatened to send me to collections . Where is the responsibility of a company to deliver the item which they collected money for ? They took my money and have yet to deliver the complete item. Also they continue to fulfill orders for the same item on their website . Avoid them .

It is more geared towards commercial establishments and not the pseudo-kitchens in most New York apartments. It is also a rather inexpensive store where items are available to buy in bulk or by piece. I was quite tempted to buy a cash register and a deli meat slicer... Cash registers seem so much fun to play with (I've obviously never used one or worked in retail, I'd probably kill myself or someone else if I had) and the deli meat slicer just seemed like a good defensive weapon to have in my house in case someone broke in. Oh, in case you were wondering what I was looking for and couldn't find, I was looking for Asian-style deep-dish plates, sort of like bowls but not really.

I attempted to cancel but the website lacks this option. So I called the customer support team, was placed on hold, then told I had the plumbing section, was transferred & then disconnected. Amazon sells the same item for 50$ less with free shipping, but the item was not covered under the company warranty. So for the replacement order, I called Ferguson directly. Ordering over the phone was very easy. In the future I plan to only place orders via phone. Never had an issue with phone orders & they are consistently very knowledgeable & helpful. Bottom line - order via phone not over the internet. Attempting to cancel or replace an item online is not user friendly. Also, when purchasing major appliances or plumbing fixtures, plan to purchase from authorized vendors to ensure the item remains under warranty.

Here's the kicker: These guys stock everything. I don't know how they pull it off, but I've gotten brass nipples and unions, stove bolts, countersink drill bits, GFIs, Sharkbite fittings, water putty, a tile saw, a specialty sink drain cup, and I don't even know what else.
