He couldn't give me a precise time window, just 7 am to 7 pm. When I called the next afternoon to ask when it will arrive, it was Alex on the phone again. It had been scheduled with UPS, not a messenger, and he couldn't immediately tell me for when and said he would call me right back. He never called, but when I called after 20 minutes, he answered as if nothing was up. He started saying that it would be delivered next week, no Friday, no Thursday. Talk about getting jerked around. Wtf? I told him to refund me and forget it. (The whole attitude was very Kids in the Hall "oops, it must've slipped my mind." IYKYK). The shittiest part is that the purchase is a heater for my kid's bedroom. Our building boiler is on the fritz and my kid's is sick. Information o shared with these folks. How crappy can you get. Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

We bought a window air conditioning unit with installation. The sales guy never responded to emails asking for a COI, required by our landlord. I had to call and visit the store in order to get the COI. Additionally, the installers asked for an additional $80 because they added a 2x4 for some reason...and when asked for a receipt the price suddenly became $40. I felt like I was doing business with a corrupt company. Plus, the installers caulked the window until into place. Now I can't remove it for the winter or if I leave the apartment. I'm so unimpressed.
