The entire staff was super helpful throughout the entire process. I have to say, they have an amazing showroom and very good quality materials. They import a lot of stuff from Italy which I love! Finally wrote a review on Google which led to someone from corporate finding out what happened. Had to go back in to cancel original order and place again. A week later still no answer as to where the order is or an expected date of arrival. My flooring job had to be postponed yet again. This company is horrible at delivery and orders. Went online to find out they had so many similar complaints. It's no wonder they went out of business before. Why they started back up under another name is beyond me. Do your due diligence and order from another reputable company. Don't use this one. You'll potentially lose money and time. A very disorganized company with horrible customer service.

My husband and had 500 square feet that looked like an episode of hoarders and a huge storage unit where the movers just threw stuff in. During our consultation Stacey had some great ideas and I told her to just 'go for it.' Her team donated things, arranged all of our useful items and purchased everything else. She turned a mess into a fantastic space and got us into a smaller storage unit. I had DwellWell come back a year later to see if they could find more space and she did. This year when we moved to Brooklyn I didn't hesitate to call Stacey. They organized the entire move top to bottom. I never touched a box! Within a week our apartment was super organized and had all of the new furniture we needed. The entire team at DwellWell is professional, talented and have a great sense of what looks great and is functional. If you need a great organizer, look no further.
