If you're looking for perfection, do it yourself! I am on a schedule, notified the day before when the crew will arrive. It is a range in time, sometimes early, sometimes late, as we know stuff happens on these LI roads! Mostly within the range. Spar Clean is licensed and insured. I had one incident of breakage in many years of service. No problem with the resolution. I am a person who "cleans for the cleaning lady" this way I minimize incidents. I want the crew to clean, not deal with my stuff!! As for cost, I wish it was less expensive. Heh, I live on LI, everything costs. You pay for licensed and insured!

There were fingerprints still on the windows, the doors were filthy, the stove hadn't been touched, and the floors were not cleaned properly. In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered, and I had to spend additional time and money to get the home cleaned properly. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
