We ended up using **our own drone**, and we were the ones who actually located the problem area. When we pointed it out to them, they insisted the leak was coming from the chimney area -- which was completely incorrect. At that point, it was obvious they were guessing, not diagnosing. ### **3. The Skylight Disaster** While they were assessing the roof leak, we made the mistake of agreeing to have a skylight installed at the same time. That turned out to be another huge error. The skylight they installed looks like a **DIY project**, not professional work. It has a **constant draft**, and when the weather gets cold, the draft is unbearable.
