Y'all.. when I say this place is phenomenal? I was visiting from down south and I don't really believe that infused stuff works, but I was wrong. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an amazing young lady, I'll post the pic here which I think she is in it. The lemonade was sooo good, I got the mauwie wowie, & the highest level. It was so amazing & good. They have other treats and stuff in there but I went for the lemonade because it's perfect when you're walking around chicago. The vibe is chill. It's definitely somewhere you can sit and do some work, study, chill and get your thoughts together. Staff is good. No bad after taste. The bathroom is clean and nice too. The vibe was soooo cute. Loved the theme. Now let's get to the good stuff. I had the watermelon Lemonade w/ blast off infusion, I advised you non partaking people to take it slowly. It is very potent. I kept trying to drink it all because it was so good, forgetting there was a special ingredient in it lol. I also bought a cookie, which I haven't tried yet. Everyone here was so unbelievably nice and I wanted to like this so badly. I didn't try the edibles so can't speak to those but I got a regular coffee and it was almost inedible. For almost $9 (got cbd add on) this coffee was disgusting. The flavors all sounded so delicious I don't know how it came out so gross. I wish I had a different experience but if you're getting a regular coffee I wouldn't recommend. read more

Love the Wake N Bakery!!! My friends and I stopped in for the soft opening of this location and we were welcomed by literally everyone in the building. Every employee was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They answered every question we had about their products and how their business works, and they even provided extra education about the cannabis industry and benefits that can be received through their products. They also tailored our experience to our personal preferences and experience with THC and CBD so I felt very cared for while I was there. I got the Cin-ful muffin and it was so good that it was dangerous to have around. I almost wish I could buy them without the THC just to have as a dessert because it was that good. The two stars are because the place has a cute aesthetic and some fun art on wall. I came in today as I was in area and the staff seemed like they were having fun and tasting some of the products they sell and make as they both seemed extra chill. Buyer beware. The young lady at register told me that the baked goods and drinks were edibles and contained the mg displayed of THC. I was intrigued by some of their offerings and asked for a drink and a gf brownie which I asked to be wrapped to go as I had a long drive home. My bad for not looking at the baked goods/drink more closely - they do not contain THC other then the less than .03 % typically found in full spectrum CBD. That being said I would've never payed $30 for CBD infused anything. I even double checked with the staff ... I think Charlotte and Eric were their names and the cashier ( Charlotte?) said oh yeah, these are edibles and made with the sativa strain. So disappointing that she'd lie to make the sale in the moment. Also, I tried to call the phone number for cafe several times. Automated Message stated that phone number was unreachable. ‍ read more

Came in with my partner the other day! He got an earth tea and I got the mango peach tea at the recommendation of the barista working. I wish we took photos because the earth tea was beautiful, and both drinks tasted amazing. I would honestly come back just to get the tea itself as a drink. That being said, the inclusions were amazing. We both did the "chill" and then walked to the Lincoln Park Zoo, which was right near by. We finished our drinks after about 45 minutes and started feeling a pleasant high around that time. The high continued pretty much all night and we were really surprised. Overall, it was an amazing experience! One thing to note is that the mg amounts for drinks at these cafes don't use the same system as dispensary edibles (this is true for every similar cafe I've been to). From what I gathered, it sounds like the menu amounts would be equivalent to a dispensary edible of approximately 30-40% what's listed on this menu! Also, this cafe uses Delta-9, which is why I assume it was such a strong high. This cafe was also super cute, clean, and inviting. There were games to play and comfy chairs to sit on. The service was incredible and the barista was so helpful at walking us through everything. Prices also felt very reasonable. We didn't try any pastries, but they looked beautiful and delicious. I'll definitely be back to try some, and I recommend checking this place out if you're in the Lincoln Park area! read more

Was driving my girlfriend to work and saw this place as I drove by. Came back afterwards and stopped in to see what it's about. I got myself the earl gray tea 90mg and it's great. As someone who smokes often, edibles hit different, and I enjoyed what I ordered. The staff was super kind and patient in explaining how the place works/what they offer. The place itself was very inviting in the way it was set up - tables with games and a cool aesthetic. They run a nice student discount and have a variety of other offers, whether BOGO or reduced cost of an item with your purchase. Definitely will be giving them my business again. read more
