The latter had some greens and what seemed like a truffle sauce that i used the bread to get every bit of. We had the Chilean sea bass and the duck breast for entrees. They were superb. The sea bass was huge, and the breast served on a bed of charred veggies and shallots. Unbelievable. We finished with the lemon mousse Napoleon. Just wonderful.
