So check the facebook page to see where she might be popping up. We've known Sam and her cooking for awhile now. She pretty much ran the cafe over at her family farm and it was Awesome! Especially with all the local goodies that came in for the little market they had there. It was really something special. And for whatever reason during 2020 or early 2021 the Farm owner decided to "co-own" with a couple people who as far as I've seen obviously don't know too much about farming or running a cafe. One of the "Co-owners" comes down and tells us "We're trying to get the cafe back up and running probably by the end of the month ... we're just having a lot of trouble trying to get a Facebook page going for it" .... #1 Making a facebook page takes about 5 minutes to do. #2 That was 7 Months ago and we stopped in a few weeks ago to check, still nothing ... They moved the Swing Set Though .... so ... they got that going for them .... good job (thumb up) Anyways, Sam obviously got the hell out of that situation, she was doing this food truck way before all that crap went down anyway. I just love that she called it "Flippin The Bird" she's the best. Well I tell you what, this is some of the best Mac and Cheese you will find in Massachusetts. Trust me ... Walk in the door at 6:15 AM and before you sit down, you will be asked if you want coffee and the local paper. Offered a menu and will then take your order as quick or slow as you want. They make sure when you say home fries that you mean home fries and when I couldn't decide between whole wheat or raisin Annie suggested one of each. The 2 eggs, sunny side up, home fries, bacon and toast made a meal that lasted me the whole day. My cup of coffee was kept full during my stay. Wonderful service and a great meal.
