From day one, Lauryn Mattson was by our side and guiding us through the entire wedding planning process. Every question, concern or request was handled with care and consideration. It was unbelievably easy to work with the Harrington team! We truly felt prepared for our big day; we met with Lauryn at least 4 times before the wedding which really put my anxieties at ease. We knew our options, we knew how the ceremony was going to go, and we knew we could rely on Lauryn and the Harrington staff. The food was delicious and fresh. I've received so many compliments about how amazing the food was! Our package included a wide selection of station boards, appetizers, dinner options, and even desserts! My guest raved about the coffee bar and how friendly the wait staff was. I personally feel that the packages are extremely generous given the price of it all. After speaking with some recently married friends, we learned that we got more for a fraction of the price they were paying. Its history and upkeep would alone be something to write home about, but the grounds are lovely - particularly about 200 feet behind the home, where it is, as Frost said, "lovely, dark and deep" - and this place has some history! Many famous American orators of the 19th century came through the Asa Waters Mansion including Thoreau, Emerson and Gough. It is a must-visit location in Millbury.
