Long story short, Benji loved the experience and only cried during the hair-drying part. After the last dose, he began having seizures. At no point were we clearly informed about the potential neurological side effects of this medication or advised about warning signs to watch for. We are devastated. Neo was deeply loved, and we spent years caring for him through sleepless nights, significant emotional strain, and substantial medical costs. I am sharing this in the hope that the clinic will remind its veterinarians and technicians to carefully discuss the potential side effects of medications like this and to listen closely when owners report concerns.
