To book each time, fill out their form on their website and someone will email you. Their staff are so kind and welcoming. You can tell they really love working with animals. I had a session with Michelle who did an amazing job with my bichon frise. My dog's round hair cut came out perfectly and we didn't have to do any touchups at home ourselves (my family has a very keen eye for my dog's haircut). My dog has a lot of allergies so I told them not to give her any treats. You are able to bring your own treats for them to give your dog which I'll do next time. They do the intake and payment outside and I love the report card they give you at the end. Sometimes grooming is like a black hole and you wonder how it went so I thought the report card is an adorable and nice touch. I paid around $110-120 before tip which included an add on for hypoallergenic shampoo. I thought this was really reasonable especially since they take care of your dog for around 5 hours so it's essentially grooming and daycare together.

Long story short, Benji loved the experience and only cried during the hair-drying part. After it was all done and we were out walking around the city, we have never had so many compliments on his appearance. I have referred tons of strangers to the Groom Room based on our positive experience there. Raisa and Mitch who own and operate Cats Pyjamas are hands down the BEST!…read more I have been living in Toronto with my two cats while working for the past 6months. It was really expensive and traumatizing to fly my cats here from Los Angeles and I certainly could not fly them back and forth over the holidays, so I was faced with finding a pet sitting service that was affordable and trust worthy. I was stressed out about the whole ordeal until I came across Cats Pyjamas. I contacted them and set up a "meet & greet" before booking them and to my surprise it was a huge relief! There was some paperwork involved which I found to be thorough and thoughtful. It literally covers everything and it's nice to know that they want the best for your pet(S) while your away. Raisa and Mitch are friendly and respectful. I walked them through feeding routines, toys, etc. and they took notes! I had no hesitation handing over the keys to my place and care of my cats. They emailed me with photos, videos and everything my cats were up to while I was away. I had no doubt that upon my return everything would be as I left it...and of course it was! I exclusively use Cats Pyjamas because the level of quality and care is exceptional. They are worth every cent and more. Great people who love and care for your pets the way you would.

Cat Sitter Toronto provides an extremely professional and reliable service for cat owners who need…read moresomeone to watch over their furbabies while they are away from home. I found out about the service on Yelp. At first, I was very nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving my four cats (and my home) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Charlene, all of my concerns were put to rest. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive daily updates (with photos!) of my cats while I was away. I was able to completely relax on my vacation knowing that my cats were getting the food/water/clean litter/attention that they deserve. It was also nice knowing that I would be contacted immediately if there was a problem. Coming home from my trip was also a very pleasant experience -- clean litter -- no smell! I was able to focus on loving my cats rather than spending 30 minutes cleaning the litter and trying to air out the place :) I will continue to use Cat Sitter Toronto services going forward, and would highly recommend this service to others. If you have any doubts, book an appointment and meet the cat sitter. This is a professional business run by someone who really cares.

Since…read morethen, it's been difficult for me to go on vacation as it is very hard to find a cat sitter who can administer insulin to my cat OJ. It's also hard to leave him in the care of someone else. I found Cat Sitter Toronto on Yelp and it has been such a blessing! I moved to the beaches last year and spent so much time trying to find a good, trustworthy sitter. Charlene is just that! I hired her for the first time when I went on a trip to Montreal for a few days and she definitely put my mind at ease with the amount of detail she put into ensuring both OJ and myself feel comfortable. She gave me an update after every visit and even took pics for me. She also didn't make any decisions without running it by me first. OJ didn't need insulin for one of the visits and she confirmed with me first before making any decisions. If that were someone else, they probably would have given him insulin anyway even if his sugar was too low, which would have endangered his life. She's simply amazing! And she cares! She knows what she's doing and her attention to detail is something that anyone with a cat with special needs requires. No need to worry because she knows what she's doing! And even booking online was a breeze! Will definitely hire her over and over again!

During the treatment period, I raised concerns several times that the medication seemed to be affecting him poorly. Unfortunately, these concerns were not taken seriously. We are devastated. Neo was deeply loved, and we spent years caring for him through sleepless nights, significant emotional strain, and substantial medical costs. I am sharing this in the hope that the clinic will remind its veterinarians and technicians to carefully discuss the potential side effects of medications like this and to listen closely when owners report concerns. If this message helps prevent another family from going through the same loss, Neo's story will have mattered.

While doing my search for walkers and I came across Jeremy the Dog Walker I felt a little more at ease from our very first telephone conversation. Then during our face-to-face meeting I knew I had found the perfect walker in which I could entrust the care and safety to for my Beajou. As a person Jeremy is kind, caring, personable, polite, intelligent, very punctual with an extremely pleasant disposition. Jeremy took his time, approached Beajou on her level while kneeling patiently, called her name and waited for Beajou to acquaint herself with him. I was thrilled when she came to Jeremy immediately and was completely comfortable with him stroking her back while we continued to talk. Now every morning from the moment I say Jeremy's name my Beajou sits up and with excitement stares at the front door anxious for his arrival. Here's the biggest surprise, I no longer have to chase Beajou around the apartment to put on her harness!! Because she knows Jeremy is coming and it's time to walk with her new friends, Beajou sits perfectly still and with no struggle at all I put on the harness and she's more than ready for her walk. I am absolutely thrilled to have had the very good fortune to find Jeremy and definitely highly recommend him as a professional, caring, responsible and extremely conscientious dog walker for my cherished Beajou!
