What kind of professional even suggests that a pet owner would bring in an injured animal? Then he had the nerve to tell me, *"We couldn't finish the job, but you still owe me."* I was furious. I threw the money at him and stormed out. When I got home, I discovered her ears were bright red and nearly bleeding. Fast forward two days and $883 in vet bills later: my dog has been diagnosed with a severely strained right paw and is now so traumatized she won't let anyone touch her paws. This place is a nightmare. They are unprofessional, careless, and clearly have no regard for the well-being of the animals in their care. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your pets!

Debra and Dave were soooo nice and I could tell they really cared about our cats. The best part is that the cats have been super affectionate since their cuts, like it was such a relief to get rid of all that fur. My female cat in particular is very skittish...I was expecting her to hide under our bathtub for a couple days after we got home (like she does when we take her to the vet) but she was rolling around on her back, being frisky and following us around all night. I thought this would be a one-time thing until I could start resuming my daily vacuuming routine again, but based on how much my cats seem to love their new haircuts, we'll definitely be back. (Just a reminder -- if you ever let your cat outdoors...which you shouldn't, but if you do...please don't ever shave them. Their fur protects them against the sun and elements. Let me start off by saying I have been going here for over 16 years, even before Barbra was the owner and the place was run by Anna, hence the name Annas pet grooming. Anna sold her business to Barbra after 5 years of me going to this place and Barbra kept the stores name. Unfortunately my little dog who both Anna and Barbra groomed passed away and I had never heard from Barbra again, until i got a new little pup 8 years later! The first time I walk in to her shop after 8 years she instantly recognizes me and remembers my dog who had passed. That shows how much she cares about her customers! Anyways now on to the review.. She has excellent technique and can trim, cut and style your dog any way you like! She gave me at home grooming advice and tips to make mine and my pets life easier. (Molly not only comes back visibly happier with a very calm satified energy, Jeff takes his time explaning training methods and gives tips and pointers on what I can do on my own time Molly) So far only one of my dogs have spent time there and the change I saw in her was immediate (positive changes). She always comes back super content, a little tired (from the exercise and playing) and ready to nap and cuddle. I am going to start sending my other dog to the day care so she can enjoy the benefits of working with Jeff and his pack.
