Jasmine is extremely meticulous in everything she does and pays a lot of attention to detail. She always makes sure if I have specific instructions such as using special shampoo for my pug's sensitive skin. She is also very gentle and my pug absolutely LOVES Jasmine. It's like she doesn't even want to leave at the end of her "spaw" experience. I definitely would highly recommend Jasmine to ANYONE who loves their fur-baby as much as I do (and *everyone* knows my pug is super high maintenance).

I had a session with Michelle who did an amazing job with my bichon frise. My dog's round hair cut came out perfectly and we didn't have to do any touchups at home ourselves (my family has a very keen eye for my dog's haircut). My dog has a lot of allergies so I told them not to give her any treats. You are able to bring your own treats for them to give your dog which I'll do next time. They do the intake and payment outside and I love the report card they give you at the end. Sometimes grooming is like a black hole and you wonder how it went so I thought the report card is an adorable and nice touch. I paid around $110-120 before tip which included an add on for hypoallergenic shampoo. I thought this was really reasonable especially since they take care of your dog for around 5 hours so it's essentially grooming and daycare together.

When I picked him up, the information I received was that he was having a really hard time throughout his grooming experience. No one called me to tell me he was struggling and to suggest I come and pick him up immediately. I WAS IN THE PLAZA!!! In fact, my poor dog was in so much pain we had to go to an emergency vet immediately. The grooming place denied any incident and I will never find out the truth, but obviously something happened while he was being groomed that caused him an injury and tremendous pain. And knowing what he was experiencing, we were shocked that they NEVER even called to follow up and see how he was doing. How can a grooming place have so little compassion for dogs? I like to shop locally and I decided to take my "Delilah" for her first groom at Pet Grooming Studio. I commend them on being very strict with being up to date with all shots. They ask you how you want things done which is a plus. I get the call she is ready and wow they did a fantastic job. They even put a curchief on her! I had Mika as her groomer and she handled my girl so very gentle. Mika was cradling her as if my girl was her very own. I just had Delilah's second groom done yesterday and she is perfect! When I dropped her off yesterday they had the door open to the back, & I was able to see the grooming stations. Everything looked clean, neat & organized. I've recommended this groomer to a few people and will continue. Groomers have an intimate relationship with our fur babies and trust is # 1. Prior to it being stocked, I thought that the store was part of the Longo's that it's attached to, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it's a new pet store.there are several pet supply stores in the hood.....Pet Smart, PJ's Pets, Global and even Walmart...but when you stroll the community you understand why all these stores can survive...its pet heaven in the neighborhood. I myself contribute 3 dogs to that count. I popped in looking for a pet "wrap"...an item which wraps around your pet to prevent them from piddling in the house. The item in question was cheaper here than at Petsmart. Score ! Anyways, the staff are very friendly, the prices very reasonable, the store is spotlessly clean (that could be because it's new)' and its very close to where I live. I'll definitely be going back.

Also, worth a mention that my dog got sprayed by a skunk 2 days earlier and WOW they were able to get rid of the smell. Honestly, the best groom and my dog (a long haired chihuahua) was not shaking, was calm and I really think she enjoyed their company. :) Thanks, looking forward to our next visit!
