All the animals (dogs, horses, pigs, etc) that I saw all looked happy and content. Every staffI met could not have been more welcoming and respectful. The staff has also helped me with questions even after I returned home with my dog. I would highly recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They also have a walk-in special for 30 minutes for $17.99. The cat room is a small but good enough for the cats . There were about 10 cats, a few British short hair, a Maine coon, a Siamese cat, an Abyssinian etc. Maximum of 8 people in the room per hour. There are some cats that can be adopted but the owners cats cannot be adopted. The cafe looks brighter from the last time I went since they converted. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. The drinks were ok as my friends but just remember to redeem if you bought the combo with drink.

Although getting into the mall is usually a PITA once you get near the store, it opens up and parking is plentiful. The staff at the store here are great. I have had many a conversation with the staff about pet food and care for my little fur kid. I just don't get food for my kid here, but also they have an excellent groomer. My dog is usually very calm, but she also enjoys coming here because of the groomer. Very patient and calm while your in session with her. They also carry numerous treats, food, toys, accessories for your favourite dog or cat, but they also have a limited fish section as well. If your looking for a good place in Brampton, forego the big box stores if your looking for some informative and attentive service. 4 stars!

Told them what I was there for and she knew immediately that they did not sell the type of food I was looking for. She even suggested another store who might carry them (how Miracle on 34th Street was that?) I wandered around the store...it was clean and well laid out. A new arrival of cats awaiting adoption came in and they were from shelters....which is a big plus. As this store is very close to where I live, as Arnold Schwartzenager says..."I'll be back"
