We were able to watch them on camera 24/7 and could See them roam during their 1 hour free time outside the enclosure. The care giver sent pics of her and updates daily of her activity. The owners really seem to care about the cats and treat them very well. We trust meow club, it's the only pet sitter so far we have returned to and have no complaints, even after getting home. Even thought the enclosures are small and delux rooms are not available, I would highly recommend based on the care and communication.

Jeff is an amazing trainer who really loves dogs and having my dogs spend time at Pack of Paws is the best treat I have ever given them. (Molly not only comes back visibly happier with a very calm satified energy, Jeff takes his time explaning training methods and gives tips and pointers on what I can do on my own time Molly) So far only one of my dogs have spent time there and the change I saw in her was immediate (positive changes). She always comes back super content, a little tired (from the exercise and playing) and ready to nap and cuddle. I am going to start sending my other dog to the day care so she can enjoy the benefits of working with Jeff and his pack. I very much recommend this if you need training or if you simply want a good place for your pooch to hang out during the day when you're at work (or even if you simply want your pup to play with other dogs and go for an amazing group walk with Jeff on his rollerblades) This is the most satisfied I've ever been with ANY service I have come across in all my life. update: both my dogs have now been going to pack of paws for a month now and they are so well behaved and so happy. my finicky little one is a lot more respectful and actually comes when we call her. We had brought our dog to his "usual vet" - Major Mackenzie Animal Hospital, because he had broke…read morehis dew claw on ONE paw. We asked the doctor what he thinks is best and if we should just remove his nail? Or what else can you do? He explained to us we would continue to have this problem with him breaking his nails so we should just remove the entire digit on the one paw and then the other paw we will just remove the nail and within 7-10 days he'll be fine again. He told us that the surgery was NOT a big deal and he could do it right now. He gave us no other options, he just insisted that the surgery is the best way to proceed. This was at 6pm in the evening on Jan 2nd. This was the beginning of an ongoing nightmare. Unfortunately I cannot post the entire essay I had wrote on Facebook due to Googles character limit. But after seeing a few other vets we found out this surgery is HIGHLY NOT recommended ever. Another vet even said after his 23 years experience he has NEVER recommended amputating the front dew claws. It's dangerous and a nightmare if it becomes infected. This was a photo taken this morning. This is still ongoing. His paw looks a million times better than what it did, it was black and green and crusty and disgusting, and the oder was unbelievably foul. DO NOT let your pets be put through unnecessary surgeries GET A SECOND OPINION. We certainly have learned our lesson.
