Before we went on vacation she came to meet me and my cat and they seemed to get along very well. I could tell that Yvette loves and cares for all animals very much based on the way she responded to my cat. I also knew that she had a cat of her own so there wasn't much instruction required. I knew that she would take good care of her. During our vacation Yvette sent us with an e-mail update on how Ellie was doing. After seeing the large outside playing area where I was told it was 13 dogs per 1 person ratio. I continue into the inside sleeping area. The lady said there is no night staff on duty. Only when I asked they told me the dogs are put to bed at 7:00 pm and the first pee break is at 7:00 am the next morning. Yes you heard correctly 12 hours. I couldn't help myself. I said that's ridiculous..very cruel. She told mr puppies go there and they are fine to hold it. I finished with I'm done wasting anymore of my time and I left.
