My sweet boy always looking so good after his groom at Doggieland. Customer service is amazing too.

Doggieland Vaughan gave my little dog the cutest flipping groom EVER!! They even watched her for a little while longer while I ran some errands at no additional cost to me (so nice of them). Also, worth a mention that my dog got sprayed by a skunk 2 days earlier and WOW they were able to get rid of the smell. Honestly, the best groom and my dog (a long haired chihuahua) was not shaking, was calm and I really think she enjoyed their company. :) Thanks, looking forward to our next visit! read more

We have been bringing our dog here for about 6 months now and have been very happy with the service. We first started coming to doggieland for help training our dog. She is a rescue and very anxious. Derek's hands on approach was instrumental in helping Dixie adjust and understand what we need from her. He was also very patient and informative with us too ensuring that we have the required tools to be successful. Although things are not perfect, they are leaps and bounds better thanks to Derek's expertise. Since the training sessions we have continued to bring Dixie here for boarding and daycare. She is always excited to come and goes bananas at the sight of Derek. Good signs that they are doing things right. read more

They want to charge extra because our dog was not a easy one for the groomer to handle. We clearly told the staff when we dropped off our dog that this is our dog's first time grooming and she is nervous around people. However we were not told about the extra charge until pick up. They told us they gave her a bath even though they couldn't groom our dog but our dog came home dirty with poop on her fur. We are not coming again. read more

My dog's favourite place to be. Staff are excellent and caring and treat my baby so well. They really know their stuff.

If I can give this company a 0 star I would. They are NOT trained to handle dogs with different temperaments. Their website should clearly say in bold "Not all dogs are welcomed" Do yourself a favour when reviewing boarding. Check out K9 acres. It might be a little out of the way but the staff is fantastic and highly trained to handle anything. Accepted Sandra. You obviously were not told but your "wonderful" staff that Kobe didn't start the morning incident and how do I know, my husband was there and witnessed it and the way your staff handled the situation was poor. Showed him clearly that there is a lack of training on YOUR PART. And as I said in my review we will be going back to the company with more highly trained staff. My response to the email I received (April 6/16) from Doggieland (see below): It is sad and unfortunate that you have resorted to concoting a story based on PURE LIES and hearsay when you were not even present at the time, all in an attempt to "save face". You have made all this up. There was NO agitation, no yelling and no apology. In fact, your staff mocked us when we said that we would not be returning as customers. Your response further proves that you lack integrity and respect for elderly people. You and your team don't know the first thing about running a business. Do not email or contact me anymore. Instead, you should spend the time taking courses on how to run a business without treating people badly. And change your attitude while you're at it. read more

I brought my golden doodle here 4 months ago to get groomed and payed $120. I just brought her today and i payed $152. This is extremely unreasonable. I'm afraid that the next time i go in it will be $200. When does the increase stop?? read more

Our dogs love it here! The staff are amazing and truly do seem to love these animals like their own. We have also attended the lure course last summer and our dog had a blast running the course, we can't wait for it to open again this year. Doggieland allows our dogs to burn off lots of energy while we are at work, and we love knowing they are truly well cared for. read more

We have been taking our dog to Doggieland going on two months now, and have found the experience to be topnotch every time. Our four legged daughter always comes back happy and obviously drained after a long day of playing. We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future! read more

The first couple of times my dog attended this location it was wonderful. The staff were amazing to him. After a while they started to get sloppy. They were very unorganized, and never put my dog In the system whenever I needed boarding or daycare, they will then give me problem for 'just walking in with no appointments'. I also noticed that my dog was coming home with multiple bite marks on his head and and also dried blood. Some of the staff were rude and had a bad attitude, and when they found out my dog was coming for a visit they made it noticed that he was not welcomed. I did not like how my dog (the love of my life) was treated or the way management handled any of my concerns. My dog always has diarrhea after attending, extremely thirsty, hungry, and any special requests I had they never did it. I know because I have the proof. Some of their staff needs a course on customer service and they need to get their office skills checked because they are always unorganized. I was told that my dog was a hazard to the staff and other dogs, but he is not vicious and he doesn't start fights. Then they told me that my dog was no longer welcomed to daycare. But he is allowed to attend boarding also admitting to me that when my dog was there he would be locked up the whole time with the occasional washroom break. Doesn't make sense. I can honestly say that my dog will NOT be attending Doggie land again. read more

Called to have my dog groomed...was quoted $70.00 - $75.00. I was charged $107.00. Very poor cut. Will not go back. Ripoff........

Oh my god I dunno where to even begin, I been a customer of this place from day one, when they first opened on Jane St. I was very busy with my business, and I wanted to make sure that my dog the love of my life was still active and not bored at home alone, so I thought DOGGIELAND was the right place, I took him a couple of times at the beginning for just the day care part and he seemed to really enjoy it then I made the decision to start buying there monthly package and I would drop him off there at least 3 to 4 times a week then I needed to bored him as I was taken a trip for business, and I wish I never did or at least looked deeper in to this place but I didn't, as I was away I got a call that my dog got injured as he was playing his nail got caught on to there stupid rubber flooring they and it was yanked right out of his paw I came back to find his paws double the size and infected really bad, it cost over $2000 in vet bills and he had to get a surgery to remove the nail completely out of his paws and sins then he's been traumatized from visiting any vet, I should have put a stop to it back then and sued there ass, but I didn't given that they were new in business and I some what thought I can trust the owner/manegment (Sandra). I continued to bring my dog there he was still very exited everytime we passed by the place and always anxious to go there and they seemed to put a front every time I dropped him off that they were so nice but God only knows what happened after I left keep in mind I was steady buying packages from this place so they were making good money off me and pretended to treat me and my dog good but it was all an act, then again one day I picked up my dog and he had bite marks and dry blood all over him they told me he was playing that's BS and you know it the a third time the same thing happens I thought oh well it the dogs it's not the staff but that was wrong because if the staff knew what they were doing that wouldn't happen, then I boarded him again at there new location and when I came back he smelled so bad and he was sick he had pneumonia, I asked then where he was kept and how com he's sick and the owner tried to tell me that she took him home with her and he was at her house another BS God knows where they left him or if they had any heat on as it was in the freezing winter. After that time I started really backing off from that place and not buying as much packages and I would only take him there 1 to 2 times a month and that's when there staff started showing there true colours and the owner Sandra as she wasn't making that much money from me anymore. The prices kept on going up every few months and I would ask why and they say oh second location and new staff more rent bla bla bla BS she just got greedy, her staff were so rude and unprofessional except (Christina) she was nice. The last time I took my dog there he came back limping and again sick with a cold and they had basically told me that my dog is getting old and not getting along with other dogs and that I should consider another place and they had put his file with the rest of his stuff I found it when I got home how rude and ugly can people be my dog is a sweetheart im a bit to blame as I kept taken him there but I really thought he enjoyed and what was happening was just accidents but it wasn't accident cause accidents happen one or twice not 10 times. Please be carful with is place don't go there there fake and they don't treat the dogs right they don't deserve no star but then I don't think I can write review protect your pets this place is bad and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone that goes there my story and I have proofs and medical records to show. I must say thank you for the file cause I will be able to match his stay there with the medical records and the will see what my next step will be as I will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows how bad this place is and what my dog went through over there this place is horrible read more
