The moment I spoke to him, I got good "vibes" just from the telephone call. He came by my place to meet Colby and Raleigh (my beloved Border Collies) and they took to him immediately. He later picked them up and they spent a night at his place and participated in group doggie activities. His prices are very reasonable but, again, most importantly, you can completely trust him. I'll likely set up about two walks per week in the new year and will definitely use his pet sitting services again!

This am, I woke up with severe pain and with the help of the system Citysniffers uses, I was able to make 2 private walk appointments last minute. I was able to see that they were accepted and went back to sleep. Ryan came and gathered my fur children who were with me in bed, he was gracous enough to ask if he can come in the room - as he usually has to when no one is home...even LOCKED my door when he went to walk them (I'm pretty sure I will be safe but thank you for that detail). He took them out, brought them back and wish me well. Locked my door and I didn't have to get up. The moral of this story is, the City Sniffers team is so trustworthy, they feel like family. They can come in and out our home & it's no problem. When I'm sick like this, I can't talk, so by being able to set up a walk, and them come in without me having to buzz etc. it makes a hge difference. I highly reccomend for those who suffer from illness. You won't have to worry about your fur-babies not getting in their walk.

Very disappointing and waste of my time as I have to medicate my dog before grooming. I have been going to this dog grooming salon for years but I find the service not client oriented anymore and this so called manager for the day need a refresher course in public service. He has no experience with dogs and does nothing to help care for them. He will leave 50+ dogs alone in the pen and is not even watching them properly when he is in the pen. His lack of knowledge and experience is very apparent and he does not listen to his employees, who on the other hand most have years of experience. He is getting rid of really good staff without cause and having to care for the dogs on his own. Which can't lead to anything good considering he has no idea how to read dog body language, cues or break up a dog fight if one occurs. He is constantly on his phone and taking personal calls to the point where he doesn't even notice a fight about to break out right in front of him. Your dog will not be safely or properly cared for with this man. He is not to be trusted and I would strongly advise you to take your dog elsewhere.

The intake paperwork was extensive which really helped put my mind at ease that PetsGo would have all the right info and preferences of our cats. My favourite part about the service is that Sarah takes the time to send daily updates and photos (great for my peace of mind). She even noticed that our cats had shaved patches of fur (from a recent vet visit we forgot to inform her about) and kept an eye on them in case they became an issue. This is definitely high-quality service for a reasonable price! Most recently, after returning from our 2-week vacation, our cats were calmly snoozing like we never even left. They were definitely well-fed and well-exercised during our absence! Suzanne has been so patient and loving with my Keeshond and he has come to adore her and knows when she is coming and becomes very excited to see her. We're usually quite picky when it comes to husky grooming, only because we've read horror stories in online forums and the like! i found doggie delight from a Yelp search and used the request a quote / message the business feature and they were SO quick at responding and answered any questions i had. communication was super straightforward and they were incredibly responsive, especially considering i messaged them close to the end of their operating hours. the day of the groom was also really simple and straightforward! i was given a rough estimate on when our pup would be ready, but the person at the business also told me they'd text me when she's done. i think they did a great job with my pup and she didn't even seem to be too scared to be there either! unfortunately, i forgot to take pics when she was fresh out of the groomers, but they definitely did a great job and didn't do anything i was worried about! we'll be booking here again next year for our husky's annual professional groom!
