Tina texted me back within a couple hours and let me know she could come out next day and provide a free assessment, how could I say no! She was exactly on time and on the walk to my front door hard already spotted some problem areas where the house wasn't sealed securely. She was even super sweet to my toddler, who was having a meltdown. She offered to complete her inspection, cover the problem areas with thick stainless steel grate and set traps all for an extremely reasonable price and she was willing to start right away. I, of course, said yes. She took care of 7! problem areas and even shored up a foundation vent she thought might be vulnerable to raccoons, since I had mentioned we had a problem with them. She answered all my questions and even showed me the safest way to clean up the droppings. She even remembered my kids names and said goodbye to them on her way out. It's been a month since Tina came out and we have not seen a single dropping or heard any scurrying since. I am so grateful we went with her and were able to close the door on that horrible rodent situation so quickly and easily! After five months, I can confidently say that this company has kept their word and stood behind their work. Back in April, I started noticing a lot of droppings in my garage. I carefully read Yelp reviews, received quotes from three different companies, and ultimately decided to go with this company. They responded very quickly, and after they completed the work, I didn't see any more droppings for about five months. Then last week, I noticed droppings again and immediately called them. Nathaniel came out the very next day, found a new hole, patched it, and set new traps. As he was leaving, he simply said, "Keep us posted." That is exactly the kind of service I appreciate. Knowing that I can contact them anytime during the warranty period and that they will actually come back and take care of the problem gives me real peace of mind. It makes me feel that the money I paid was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Nathaniel and the team, for standing behind your work and providing such dependable service!

There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.
