The annoying thing was, she could not automatically tell from scanning my receipt how much of my order was paid for by gift card, and how much was from credit. She had to call the 1800 customer service, so the process took a bit longer. All in all it turned out fine and was resolved. Cant say anyone was overly friendly. Personally i couldn't tell who was a customer or employee and no one greeted me. No "welcome" or "I'll be right with you". I waited a few minutes and after receiving no help i just left. I honestly will not be coming back. But hopefully they can work on being more welcoming in the future to all types of customers. Especially when expecting an appointment.

Bonus, this location is next to 50 West brewery and Fleet Feet Fifty West keeps beer in the cooler for customers!

They measured our feet, evaluated our walk, and selected several shoe options for us based off our needs. We both left with a very comfy new pair of shoes, and I ordered a second pair for work. It was clear as soon as I walked in that this was not THAT KIND of establishment. It's not enough for you to think you know what you want, they want to make sure you buy what you, your body, your legs and feet NEED. Christine, the sales person, was very intentional and methodical. She measured my feet, even though I knew my size, she checked my arches, she watched me walk, looks at my steps, and how my ankles and feet moved and asked why I was in the market for new shoes. Then she selected what she thought I needed based on my needs and my build. In the end I tried on seven pairs of shoes. I walked out with the shoe I wanted but not because I wanted it, because I knew they were the right shoe for me.
