We had a few minutes to spare while the kids were in class, so we stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. We ordered a beer, a margarita, and the hot elotes. Service was quick, and the elotes were delicious! One thing that surprised us was the 3% surcharge for using a credit card to pay the bill. I wish this had been mentioned upfront, as those fees can really add up on larger checks.

I was in Prosper for some work and The Gin was recommended to me for the chicken fried steak, but I ended up going with the Trailer Pizza and it was very good. Nice clean place with great people, great service and if I'm ever back in Prosper I'll be back!

    Bar seating. Always room.

Food and service were great. Didn't get to go back to the music venue as a concert was going on but we'll be back to check that out

Over priced in my opinion. You're paying for the boogie esthetic. It may be better when there is live music.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

The hamburgers? Frozen meat patties that tasted like they'd been excavated from the back of a 2019 freezer. My fish and chips came with fish that smelled like it had been on a week-long bender in a dumpster behind the pier. And the lobster ravioli? Let's just say the only thing "lobster" about it was the price tag. The pasta was sad, the filling was suspicious, and the whole thing felt like a culinary war crime. But hey, at least the ambience is great! Beautiful lighting, nice decor, perfect for pretending you're having a fancy night out... while quietly plotting your escape to literally any other restaurant. Oh, and don't worry about the shortcuts -- when they're done disappointing your taste buds, they'll hit you with a credit card fee for the privilege. Nothing says "we care about your experience" like charging you extra to leave poorer and hungrier than when you arrived. Save your money, your dignity, and your stomach. Go somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else. Even a gas station hot dog would've been an upgrade.

I don't throw around the word "exquisite" when it comes to burgers... but this place earns it. From the second you walk in, you can tell Kenny's isn't just another burger spot trying to ride the gourmet wave. The atmosphere hits that perfect sweet spot between laid-back and polished. It's warm, inviting, and has that classic American burger joint vibe -- but elevated. Clean, comfortable, and buzzing with energy without being chaotic. It feels like the kind of place where you can show up in jeans after work or bring friends in from out of town and know they're going to be impressed. And the people? Absolutely top tier. The staff isn't just "friendly" in that scripted, restaurant-training kind of way. They're genuinely welcoming. You feel like they're happy you're there. The service is attentive without hovering, helpful without being pushy, and fast without making you feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they're serving. That alone already puts Kenny's ahead of most places. Now let's talk about the real star of the show -- the food. The burgers are on another level. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way you ask. That first bite? It's the kind that makes you pause for a second. The beef tastes fresh and high quality, not overworked or drowned in gimmicks. The bun is soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together (which is more important than people realize). Every topping tastes intentional. Nothing feels random. Nothing feels excessive. It's balanced, bold, and downright satisfying. And the fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how fries are supposed to be. They don't feel like an afterthought. They're worthy companions to the burger, not just filler on the plate. What really stands out is that Kenny's Burger Joint manages to feel indulgent and comforting while still being refined. It's not sloppy or greasy in that regrettable way. It's rich, satisfying, and high quality. You leave full -- but happy full. This isn't just a place you go because you're hungry. It's a place you go because you're craving something great. Something done right. Something that reminds you how incredible a burger can actually be when people care about what they're serving. Frisco has a lot of dining options, but Kenny's Burger Joint is the kind of place that sticks in your mind. The kind you talk about later. The kind you plan to go back to before you've even left the parking lot. If you love burgers -- real, expertly crafted, ridiculously satisfying burgers -- this place is an absolute must. Kenny's isn't just serving food. They're delivering an experience. 10/10. No notes. I'll be back.

While the burgers and meals were delicious as expected, the service we received from our server, Drea, was unacceptable. From the start, she was cold, short, and never offered a smile. It was impossible not to notice the stark contrast in her behavior; she treated every other table with warmth and a welcoming attitude, yet was visibly annoyed to serve us. Being the only minority table in the restaurant at the time, the disparity in treatment was glaring and deeply unsettling. We felt rushed throughout the entire meal. Our food arrived at 12:10, and by 12:32, she had already dropped the check and was asking if we needed boxes. It felt like she couldn't wait to get us out of there. It's a shame that such high-quality food is being paired with such exclusionary service. If you aren't willing to treat every guest with basic respect and hospitality, you shouldn't be in the service industry. Won't be back
