Salad bar
Jamie M.

Gauchos Way is a wonderful addition to Park City--I'm so glad I got to try it out when I was in town visiting my family. Atmosphere: White table cloths, gorgeous presentation at the salad bar, upscale decor-it has a special occasion vibe for sure. Service: The service at Gauchos Way was top notch, very attentive -- from our server, to the manager checking in, to all the servers who come around with meat skewers. Food: The food was excellent and so much to choose from- the house specialty picanha, the filet Mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, lamb roast, flank steak, bacon wrapped chicken, and pork ribs and sausage. Those are just some of the options we had to choose from. I cannot say enough good things about Gauchos Way. Thank you all for a wonderful visit-we created some very special memories here.

Cheesecake dessert with strawberry sauce. Delicious delicious!

Five stars all the way! The fact that I can go to a quality Brazilian steakhouse within 10 minutes, instead of driving to King of Prussia or Philly makes my day. Everything was perfect from the meats, the salad bar, and the service from the wonderful staff. Definitely don't show up on the weekends without having a reservation, you will definitely have to wait.

Our anniversary "present" from the staff! Cheesecake!

I give this place a 5+!! From the service to the food to the atmosphere it was a SPOT on place to go for our 15th wedding anniversary! Our waiter Ozzy was the best! My lamb was to die for! I think my husband ate 3 lbs. of different steaks! Highly recommend and will be back! When they found out it was our first time there and our 15th wedding anniversary they gave us the dessert menu and said we could order anything we wanted from it! The cheesecake was sooooo rich yet so light! I give this place an 11 out of 10!

This Brazilian steakhouse was such a wonderful experience. The restaurant is gorgeous. Our server, Kim was friendly and knowledgeable. She let us know that the employees work as a team in each section so if we ever needed anything to ask anyone- which is nice. I tried the recommended Brazilian cocktail and it was refreshing. Kudos to Greg and Jorge the bartenders! Included in the meal is the salad bar and a hot bar- no photos of the hot bar but there is rice, a soup, and a delicious black bean and meat dish to put on the rice that I enjoyed. The meats were all delicious! The gauchos come around to your table and if it's beef, ask how done you prefer your slice to be- I asked for medium and received medium slices. They have bacon wrapped chicken, sirloin, ribeye, filet, so many options! We will definitely be back.

One of the best Rodizio I've had. Great experience all around: high quality & good service. Went there last week during a work trip to Lancaster & heading again there for dinner tonight. Strongly recommended. Will definitely visit again every time I'm in the area

My wife, son, and I just had dinner with my brother and his fiancé there. It was our first time there but definitely won't be the last. It was fantastic. The salad bar alone is awesome and an experience just in itself. Then come the meats. If you are a meat lover then its your time to shine when you flip your card over to green and they start bringing the meats. The ambiance is very nice and the staff were all fantastic, attentive, very nice. We were there for my wife and brother's fiancé's birthdays and they both got a free dessert as well. Both were fantastic as well.

Ask the Community - The Gauchos Way

The lunch price is different from the dinner price. Are their different meats/sides offered at dinner vs lunch? Or is it the same options for both?

Same food options for lunch and dinner! Just lower cost at lunchtime.

They bring mashed potatoes, fried plantains and cheesy bread to the table for everyone. All of the meat I tried was great along with everything I had from the salad bar. My fiancé can't stop talking about the wings and how incredible they were! The service was wonderful!

Summary: Changed owners since we came here last. A decent adaptation of a Brazilian Steakhouse to…read morethe American palate. Missing: 1) Seasoning. Traditional Brazilian barbecue uses coarse salt on the meat that is cooked over an open flame or direct heat source. None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. It's worth the drive at this price point.

The picanha, ribeye, flank steak, and sausages were not to be missed. The salad bar also had some excellent options that made us feel a little better about gorging on fatty meats, too. Personally, when it comes to all you can eat grillin', I appreciated the wide selection of pickles and sour bites to contrast. And the cheese popovers and garlic bread? Don't be that person who "optimizes for maximum meat consumption," do something joyful with your life and get the extra buttery garlic bread, bro. We filled our plates twice, each of us. My dad had been having trouble eating, but he had some great food at Charkoal's. And again, the staff was super attentive, great with suggestions, and made sure our favorites kept coming out as we asked for them. They had a real family feel, and it made our family feel welcome at every interaction. I'll be back for sure.

So being party of 16 people isn't easy. We all worked in the restaurant business and the larger the party, the harder the table. However, this server knew exactly how to manage it. Everything was handled professionally and the salad bar was unbelievable. The selection of food was fantastic. It was very clean as well. This place really WOW'd us. We had a fantastic meal and everything superseded our expectations. Especially this guy in the picture.
