$2 up charge for 2.5 onion rings!

Onion rings sounded good instead of fries, waitress informed me about the up charge- however I expected more than 2.5 onion rings! They weren't even good for an up charge! Thin 1 layer slimey onion inside! No fault of Waitress.

Amazing. Traveling from Indiana to Cleveland, looking for places to stop for a quick lunch. Garrison is my maiden name so of course this was the natural choice. Service was quick and friendly. The manager stopped by with treats after I told him while we stopped. The drinks and beer selection are fantastic. The specials give a nice touch. The elote dip was spectacular. Drive out of the way to stop here, it is well worth it!

Good food inexpensive The batch 209 beer is pretty good also. Very popular and busy with lots of service.

The three of us ordered four starters and each had a couple adult beverages at lunchtime on a Friday and they were all delicious. The pulled pork nachos, Brussels, pork schnitzel and kraut balls were all delish and I always love an espresso martini. Our waitress, Sarah, was helpful with recommendations, checked in more than enough, we never had an empty glass, and she was a lot of fun. I'm all about the vibe when looking for a place to eat. I loved the old exposed brick inside and the lighting. The upstairs was equally chill and there was a huge back beer garden patio. Definitely recommend and we will be back soon.

Grilled salmon salad, roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, side order of cole slaw...oh, and house made potato chips

We were here off hours on a beautiful Friday afternoon. Patio was lovely. Server was attentive. I had a grilled salmon salad that was simple, very fresh and tasty. The salmon was cooked perfectly. My husband had the roast beef sandwich. He's picky, and he was happy with it. His portion was very generous, so he's looking forward to his leftovers. We would definitely stop in again when in Fremont.

When we order takeout via their app, it's kind of all over the place. We tend to keep it relatively simple and order their 4lb tray of chicken chunks with a couple of sides and some sauces. The first few times we did this, the chicken was super hot, fresh, and the tray was filled to the brim and well worth the money. However, subsequent visits have resulted in the chicken getting progressively cooler and lighter at pickup (while having to wait for them to complete the order, which makes no sense). Our last visit resulted in a call to the manager though. When the staff handed me the tray of chicken it felt really light, like insanely light and I mentioned it to the staff asking them specifically, "are you sure this is the right weight for this?" and they told me "the kitchen measures it" and then disappeared to the back. We took the tray straight home and threw it on our food scale after checking the calibration. With the tray itself, it came in at just under 2lbs! I called the location and spoke to the manager and indicated I was not pleased and that there's no way that weight loss from cooking should exceed 50%. The manager apologized and offered to put our name down for a free tray the next time we ordered -- however, when we attempted to take them up on the offer a few weeks later, they had no record of it. One of our family members ordered four (4) such 4lb trays for a get together not too long ago and was very disappointed to find the trays each less than half full. They had to scramble to come up with additional food as guests arrived given that they were now short on food. Sadly, we haven't been back to the location since. If it wasn't for that the steady decline in temperature and weight at pickup, we'd likely order from here on a pretty regular basis. It's a shame.

We visited this place twice in the 3 days we were in Clyde for a family reunion. The staff was super friendly and happy to talk about their offerings and the history of this joint. Although I did not try any food items (we were on our way to a BBQ), the menu is diverse and items coming out to others looked great! She pointed to the bar and said we offer those, but you can buy a bottle of anything we have... and that's about all the help we got. Charged over $17 for 2 half filled glasses and that was the extent of their hospitality. Lol! I wouldn't go back. Okay, this location is the bane of my existence. We enjoy the variety of wing flavors which is why…read morewe still sometimes order here despite almost always regretting it. The core of the problem comes from the service itself. We're big fans of ordering online or via the app and always set the pickup time for 40-45 minutes from time of order. Regardless, when we show up to pick the order up, we always end up waiting an additional 20+ minutes (once time it was almost an hour). To add insult to injury, the pickup counter is often unstaffed or definitely understaffed where they disappear for easily 5-10 minutes and don't poke their heads back out. This leaves pickup customers lining up waiting to check on their orders. It doesn't help that the wait staff and/or hostess will walk past all of these people repeatedly and never say a word and very seldomly nip to the back to tell someone to come out to the desk. I don't know what the problem is at this location but they need to get it sorted out. It's been going on for years and I'm surprised that the GM doesn't catch hell for it. As for the food, it can be very hit or miss. Sometimes the wings are "fresh" other times they seem like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Saucing is definitely inconsistent with some wings (bone-in or boneless) ending up naked or with very little sauce. Fries and tots are are all over the place as well. Sometimes they are cooked just right but most times they are a big soft and kind of soggy. It's a shame they can't get it right as I've visited other locations that absolutely get the experience right and it's so much better.
