Best buffalo shrimp I've ever had, really good wings, nice server and up beat vibe. These wings tasted good after reheating them even!

Let me start off by saying that we have a bit of a mixed bag here. When we eat in, service is great, the experience is great, the food is delicious. When we order takeout via their app, it's kind of all over the place. We tend to keep it relatively simple and order their 4lb tray of chicken chunks with a couple of sides and some sauces. The first few times we did this, the chicken was super hot, fresh, and the tray was filled to the brim and well worth the money. However, subsequent visits have resulted in the chicken getting progressively cooler and lighter at pickup (while having to wait for them to complete the order, which makes no sense). Our last visit resulted in a call to the manager though. When the staff handed me the tray of chicken it felt really light, like insanely light and I mentioned it to the staff asking them specifically, "are you sure this is the right weight for this?" and they told me "the kitchen measures it" and then disappeared to the back. We took the tray straight home and threw it on our food scale after checking the calibration. With the tray itself, it came in at just under 2lbs! I called the location and spoke to the manager and indicated I was not pleased and that there's no way that weight loss from cooking should exceed 50%. The manager apologized and offered to put our name down for a free tray the next time we ordered -- however, when we attempted to take them up on the offer a few weeks later, they had no record of it. One of our family members ordered four (4) such 4lb trays for a get together not too long ago and was very disappointed to find the trays each less than half full. They had to scramble to come up with additional food as guests arrived given that they were now short on food. Sadly, we haven't been back to the location since. If it wasn't for that the steady decline in temperature and weight at pickup, we'd likely order from here on a pretty regular basis. It's a shame. read more

The food was okay, the salad was the best part for me. My son said his hot wings weren't hot. My Husband liked his ribs. I gave 3 stars because the service was extremely slow both the waitress Brittany I believe was nice. read more

Ok this was the first time coming here and I was surprised by how nice the waitress was. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was good. Now the hostess wasn't great but if you can look beyond that, then you should be fine. This location is definitely more family oriented and they do have both seating. read more

Had a late dinner here during a LONG road trip. Ordered the Ribs & Wings - the chicken was excellent, though the ribs were overcooked, IMHO. (Not enough to take a star off). The pours were generous, and the beer was served in ice-cold glasses. A fantastic end to a long day. MANAGERS TAKE NOTE: The service from Hailey (bartender) and Brittney (server) were ABSOLUTELY top-notch. Those two are rock stars, and should be treated as such. I cannot say enough good about them. read more

Ate here tonight for the first time while traveling. Huge menu but 90% if the food is fried. Ordered the salad with chicken. Food took a while to come. Salad was ok, lettuce did not seem fresh. Not sure I'd eat here again. read more

Dejah was amazing. We had a larger party and she remembered everything perfectly without writing it down. She is very kind and patient.

Service was good but the food was not as good. Steaks tuff ribs came out cold. Burger brought to table not cooked all the way. Fries were ok but not hot when brought to table. Place was fairly clean till you walk into the bathroom where dust is disgustingly all over the walls. Chicken bites were tasteless. Roll was good and coleslaw was decent. Not a place will will return to anytime soon. read more

This place is great. The staff is second to none. A lot of the negative reviewers often have a lot of negative things to say on the majority of their reviews. The food has always been good. The menu has a lot to offer. Also, the staff has been there a while. Not a lot of turnover with these folks. It seems that they tend to keep the hard working people versus those who don't want to be self-efficient. If there is anything I would add it would be replacement some of the seats at the bar. Take the game room wall down and make it a window. Then you can see what's going on in there and it opens up the room. read more

Food was 100% service was 100% Ambiance was 40% SO Dark could not see menu or hardly food need better lighting for diners over all 90%

My favorite place for wings and great beer selection. My favorite Frickers is the Fremont location. I help is always so friendly, fast service and the food is always the same consistency in taste and the way it is cooked. I seldom vary my order, always garlic parm drums only, and Brew City Fries. I vary on the beer they have so many great selections. Thank You Frickers for the 10 wings for $2.95 on April 2nd. Greatly appreciated. read more

Always great food! Fast service! Best wait staff around!

Ohhhh my goodness, I ABSOLUTELY ""LOVE"" the FRICKER'S in Fremont Ohio!!!! The bartender "ERICA" ""IS"" THE MOST FABULOUS CARING, LOYAL TO HER JOB & CUSTOMERS "100"%!!!! Plus, she indeed "saved" my night last night by helping me out with something!! A sincerely heartfelt gal!! The service at this "FRICKER'S" is "ALWAYS" fantastic!! All of the employees P.R. skills are on point as well. There's always a good crowd of customers as well. There's never a worry of some O.K. CORRAL crap breaking out at the bar area. It's an all around great time!!!! So, if you want to go out for an excellent meal, drinks, a pleasant crowd, great food & catch a game this indeed is your place to go!!!! Thanks again Erica. I'll see you Wednesday night with some tasty dipped strawberries. read more

Stopped in late one night for carry out while in town for business. Ordered a wings and salad and enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while waiting. It was late so wasnt busy at all. Food was prepared quickly and i was off. Everything tasted great and was just as ordered. read more

To be fair, the chicken sliders were tasty and our server, Karrrla, was excellent even though it seemed like she was the only person working there today. However...this might be the dirtiest place I have ever eaten. Every surface is covered in greasy fingerprints and grime. The tables are shellacked, so they show it all. The COVID shields used to be clear, but like the windows they are so smudged that they are barely transparent at this point. This seems to be a place that caters to families with kids, with all kinds of video games and an arcade, but everything there is also caked with a buildup of nastiness. There is no way I would have allowed my child to touch anything there. I saved the bathroom for last because I knew if I went before the meal I couldn't have stayed. It was worse than any unattended rest area I have ever seen. You could have scraped the dirt off the floor in there. And there were roly-poly bugs all over the floor. And the door of the stall didn't shut. The prices are pretty decent, but I would never go back. read more

It was close to the hotel. The food took a long time. Nothing special about the wings or the chicken tenders or the curly fries. The iced tea was good. Our server was ok. Filthy windows. Old building with multiple coats of paint. Dingy and old Old Fuddruckers building? read more

I understand that the restaurant business is tough right now, but da*n I got bi**h vibes as soon as I sat down. They were out of a handful of items on the menu, including all desserts, and some drinks as well. It was Just weird, won't come back. read more

This place was absolutely horrible. After eating just my appetizer I felt sick to my stomach. I ordered chunks and they were so over done it was like eating hardened plastic.. after a bite of the chunks I RUSHED to the bathroom to profusely vomit! I don't know what was worse the dirty bathrooms or the food. Feces was all over the toilet and pubic hair all on the toilet. The service is terrible. All and all will never return here. It was absolutely terrible and needs shut down read more

The wait staff is extraordinary, there aren't many options in this 2 horse town but Flickers stands out for their service. Exemplary!

Food was great as always. Except the waitress to the table next to mine had on way to short of shorts and I wasn't appreciative of the view I had while I ate my food. Was there with friends and their kids. read more

we were driving from new jersey to indiana for my kiddo's wedding, had car trouble and ended up in fremont, ohio, next to our hotel was a frickers, we had a frickers ad we got from the hotel and it looked pretty good. I'm so glad we went, the place was great! it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing! we need a frickers in south jersey! read more

Very happy we decided to stop here for lunch during our road trip from Boston to Ann Arbor. We chose it because it was very easy off and on to Interstate 90, and because we trusted CJ's Yelp review. Clearly it's a sports bar, with gigantic TV screens showing college ball games, but the clientele were family types. Nice inside, welcoming atmoshere, the ceilings must be 20 feet high. We were seated quickly, the waitress recommended the draft micro brew on special which came in a great big tall, glass thank you very much. I got a pulled pork sandwhich, my son got a steak tip and Buffalo wing combo, everything was great, superb by sports bar standards. The service was very good, and my bill was only $21, that's two entrees plus drinks! If I lived in the area, I would definitely become a regular. read more

Place is great for games! I have been twice and both times were decent. Food is mediocre, but you can get a 22oz domestic for $2.22 which is a great deal. Place is full of middle age dudes gawking at the employees. It reminds me of a upscale Hooters. Service is hit or miss for the most part, as is most places of this atmosphere that employee college age employees Overall, service was great at this location. It did take a little longer than usual for my togo order, but she was prompt on refills of water and asking if id like another beverage read more

I grew up near Fremont and stop back from time to time. I'm used to having more choice, but realize this IS Fremont. Food is good, but presentation could be improved. In Fremont this is the place to go if you want to try a new craft beer. I don't know how many taps they have, but it's way more than 5. This point alone earned the 3 stars. Service is a little slow, and the staff ... Generally thumbs down. read more

Dim but highlighted by neon and bright tv screens, the place has great atmosphere. Came to Frickers after recommendation by a coworker. Service was fast and polite. Ordered the frickin wings and ribs and a side of green beans. The ribs were fall off the bone good with great sauce. The wings were crisp and fried well, but unremarkable. Sauce was just right rather that dripping and best of all: free wet wipes. My only disappointment was the green beans. Over cooked to the point of disintegration and mingled with cardboard like "bacon" is not something i would feature on the menu as a recommended item among the other sides. But then a side is a side. read more

I just ordered carry out amidst the corona virus: burger fries, order of wings & 2 beers. Go home; there's no ranch or blue cheese or celery for wings. There's no napkins no utensils. I ordered everything on the burger but it had no mayo, mustard or ketchup. One of the beers has been opened & 1/3 of it is missing! Have to call back twice. Waitress wondered how far away we were if we could come back. No! 1/2 hour away. Then she said we'll take your name & # & give u beer next time u come?! Lol we only go there maybe once a year. I said I wanted to speak to Mgr & got disconnected. Called back Mgr. Matthew said he needed full cc # etc ( even though restaurant so slow from outside I couldn't even tell it was open). Says he will credit our card for one of the beers. Don't have a lot of confidence that will happen read more

Gross!! We came here to watch the masters and have a bite. Best part lots of TVs. Our waitress was a total B. I ordered the burrito, it came out cold and was comparable to Taco Bell if not worse. Our wings were tasteless and greasy, by husband burger was over cooked and dry with over cooked bacon. The best part was by daughters chicken fingers. My advice go across the street to any other restaurant! read more

Typical bar chain with a decent menu. Had a clueless waitress who didn't know the menu. Good giant burgers and chicken sandwiches. Has daily wing specials. read more

I had an absolutely fabulous server (who doesn't like being called "honey" by an attractive woman?). She gets most of the stars in this review. Unfortunately, she was all that was fabulous. The chicken sandwich was fine but the fries were not, not even hot. The green salad was standard but the blue cheese dressing was above average, with big chunks of cheese. The place is loud, very loud (hey, it's a sports bar). I'm not sure there is any real food to be had in Fremont, Ohio, so perhaps Fricker's is as good as you can get. At least the prices were low. Very low. read more

Yuck! The food is not good here! We ordered onion straws. They aren't onion straws, they were just pieces of onion rings. The fish and chips were gross! The salad mix obviously comes from a bag. It was wilted and dried out. Blech! Will never eat here again. read more

my family stopped at Fricker's in Fremont, OH. it was busy we had to wait for about 20 minutes for a table which was alright. the server came up to us and asked us what we wanted to drink. and she came back with our drinks and took our food order. we order Onion peddles has an appetizer which came out with our food at the same time, my wife asked for ranch dressing for my daughter's chicken strips which my wife did not see. the server got defense about it. she came and gave my son a refill on his soft drink. i had to drink some of my wife's drink because of my glass was empty. because she never came by after we got our food except to bring us our check by the time my and daughter and my son was done eating i was still eating and there was only three other tables had people at the table in the section that we were in. the only time we stop at this restaurant is when we spend the night in freemont, ohio when going on vacation. after this bad service my wife rather go some where else to eat next year when we are in the area. i sent a message to them on there website or facebook. this happen on Friday and i sent the message on Friday and have not heard any thing from any one. read more

Used to love Frickers, but it had been awhile since we are there. The quality of food has gone WAY down. Could have gotten better chicken and McDs and that's not a stretch!! Sons cheese burger had so little cheese we took it apart to see if there was any on it. So disappointed. read more

So I ordered the chicken tenders and fries .... they were so disgusting I wouldn't feed them to a starving dog !!! They were hard as a rock and look like they had been beaten down with a mallet to flatten them out. Very dry no taste at all the plates were extremely hot to touch so you could tell they just microwaved them. Same with the fries microwaved not even fried ... I wouldn't recommend eating here ever !! If you can't make decent chicken tenders and fries you have shouldn't be in the kitchen!!! read more

Good atmosphere, great wait staff, good meaty wings. Can't go wrong.

Refused to substitute applesauce for the coleslaw that came with the sandwich. It was no problem at the Fricker's in Bowling Green. The pulled pork didn't fill the bun. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Beer cheese was not very good. read more

I tried to eat dinner here while in the area on business. I would not recommend it. When I entered, I was told to sit wherever I wanted. That was the only greeting. I say at the bar. I sat there for almost 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by anyone. They served the other person that sat down after me, but not me. I don't know how the food is, as I never saw a menu or had anything to eat. But, from a service standpoint, I will never be back. I tried to get the bartenders attention, but to no luck. If you go here, good luck getting service. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Typical sports bar environment; however, on the two occasions that I ate here I felt sick afterwards each time. Their wings were average. The beer, while cold, is not so inviting as to lure me in a 3rd time, because I definitely won't ever eat there again. This ain't baseball. Two strikes and you're out! I'm generous with rating them with two stars. read more
