We go for Wednesday Steak nights & we go pretty regular because we really love it! Service was exquisite, a great dinner salad & steak served hot and cooked to perfection! I mean marshmallow melt in your mouth good! We also come so regular they even know our dinner order down to the drinks & dressing & finish to the temp of our steaks. We simply don't have to think just enjoy a cozy atmosphere & enjoy! read more

I was overruled by several elderly members of our group of 6. They wanted Applebees for it's predictable menu and accessible seating. Oh, well! I got the quesadilla chicken salad. It was predictably quite good. I really enjoyed it. Service was attentive. I'll forgive our waitress for not know the difference between draft and bottled beer since she appeared to be about 16 years old. And I did have to request a glass for my bottled beer, but I guess I am just too damned fancy. I do need to comment on my daughter's dish. She ordered the "Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders." The tenders were delicious. But the pasta was bizarrely flavorless. And I mean it had absolutely zero flavor! It actually seemed like someone made a base bechamel sauce and never added any cheese to it. Just a weird kitchen fail. read more

The food was decent but I've never been overly impressed. Unfortunately, I waitress was sub par. Sometimes when the food isn't great the service can make up for it but not this time. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli, broccoli on the side, guess where it was... When the waitress brought my mom's coffee the waitress said, check to see if it's cold...guess what, it was cold...the waitress said, I'll bring you a fresh cup, guess what, we had to ask several times... She gave us our bill and guess what, no pen. Hours later, maybe an exaggeration, she brought a pen, then hours later, maybe another exaggeration, she finally picked it up. Let's not even discuss the to go boxes.... And no, they weren't busy, and no she wasn't new. Oh well. read more

we ate at applebys today for lunch;'I've always gotten the grilled chicken oriental salad; never have they put the dressing on it ; today it came drenched in dressing and I'm diabetic and never eat dressing; well I'm diabetic so it ruined my lunch !! not a goid lunch! read more

So damn slow service we have to wait hours for foods coming is not recommended to eat here on special menu

Tenders were good but the rest wasn't great. Better service than the dollar tree near the hotel. That dollar tree better close because that old lady that was working pissed me off. read more

This is a big national chain. Nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Menu items are typical meals you'll see national. Food is nothing special and OK. Service seems a little slow, took a while to get seated. Had the ribs, good value for the portion you receive. Good location with plenty of free parking. Restrooms are well maintained. read more

this was by far the worst experience my boyfriend and I have had here. He had a hair on his burger, they completely forgot one of my items, our fries came out cold. im very disappointed read more

Stopped by for an early dinner on a Monday night. They were not busy and had a lot of tables available. They asked if a high top was acceptable and we preferred a booth. The greeter said we would have to wait awhile. We waited 10 minutes, counting more than 10 booths available. The greeter was more interested in socializing and walked away from the front for most of our wait. We finally decided to leave and go elsewhere. read more

It's a great place to go for a chain restaurant. I have always been happy with the staff and food is always good

The service and food were great. The side salad was fresh and huge. Almost did not stop due the reviews. I recommend

Our waitress was really good. But the rest of the service was bad. Half of our table got their food and the other half didn't get a drop till the rest of us was done. We ordered dessert with 2 spoons and only got one. When the girl brought it I asked for another spoon and she just gave me a go to hell look and never brought it. I really wish they would bring something better then this to Fremont and give Applebee's a run for their money. Maybe they would up their game if they had some real compatition. read more

My husband and I enjoy coming for a good meal and we have never been disappointed. We usually order the 6 or 8 oz steak.

HORRIBLE. Hailey F needs to be fired. We came here at 9:15 for the late night half off appetizers! We ordered waters that took about ten minutes to get to us, no clue why that would take so long. We then ordered appetizers and the lady took our menus after we ordered them? What if I wanted a meal dog. We ordered pretzel sticks and cheese bites. As we waited a half an hour we noticed the couple across of us got their spinach dip and (very important) the guy at the table ordered a crispy chicken salad. WE ALL HEARD HIM SAY CRISPY HAILEY F!!! A little bit before our pretzels arrived Hailey brought the poor guy a grilled chicken salad and then gaslighted him and said "You said grilled but i'll have that out for you." Whatever Hailey. It's important to note that we saw a plate of cheese bites and pretzel sticks pass us around 9:30. Hailey comes around to us (first time in 30 minutes any waitress had given us any attention) she says "oh you guys should have your pretzels by now". Yeah Hailey. And our cheese bites. The pretzels come out. It's about 9:45 now, good thing we didn't want dinner. The pretzels are burnt, extra greasy, overall way worse than the time I had them a month ago. Also it's insane that we didn't have napkins or silverware or plates or nothing. We then wait for our cheese bites. And wait. And wait. We then ask for our bill! In summary, apologize to that guy Hailey was rude to, try harder to give costumers more than half of what they ordered, and fire Hailey F! Thank you. read more

If i could leave a zero star rating i would! horrible service and waitresses were staring at us the entire time, overall i would NEVER reurn to this establishment under any circumstance! read more

Wow I'd give this place 0 if I could. I give it a -200 and feel violated disrespected starving thirsty and sick to my stomach I even wasted my time. The bartender took 3 other orders before taking our drink order to people who came in after us. She seemed flustered and drunk. She would pour a beer half way and then go take someone's order and forget about the beer. We ordered nachos and instead of telling us they didn't have cheese they just canceled the order and never told us until we asked because everyone else around us after us had ate and was finished. Then when we said we still wanted them just with extra meat she brought out chips with a whole container of sour cream and guacamole and only maybe two spoonfuls of meat. When we asked her for our extra side of meat she told us she couldn't ring that in and that it was free and was super rude then went to get the manager. The manger was extremely rude told us that it was free and not to complain but we weren't complaining we just wanted meat. That's it meat. Simple so simple and they turned it into a full blown argument for nothing. Honestly I'd just shut this place down and maybe try to open a McDonald's or something there. read more

They were clean , social distanciing met my safety concerns ,my waitresses was fast n and very tentative and my food was delicious

Shitty place and shitty service, ordered are drinks without asking for appetizers!!! Took forever to get are drinks then comes back after 20 minutes to tell us we can't have the sampler because there out of moz sticks so we re ordered appetizers because they won't substitute the moz sticks. They couldn't give us any discount on the full size appetizers!!! When we finally got the appetizers we had already finished are whole meal!!! read more

Stopped to eat for the night. Waitress was pretty good. That was it. Food SUCKED. I had bourbon steak, tougher than leather. Daughter had a club, not sure what dressing was on it but waisted a good sandwich. Wife had,Fiesta lime Chicken. Chicken was good rest of her stuff was cold. Son had chicken strips and was about the only thing good. read more

Service was average, place was dirty, the screens on the on-table tablets were disgusting. Food was not the greatest. The wait for the food was short, but the wait for a table was long and there were tons of empty tables. Overall not impressed. Very below average experience for an applebees. read more

Sat here for nearly 15 minutes and didn't get a server to even take our drink order when 2 walked by our table. Then when asked when we were getting served was met with "OH, I didn't see anyone here". We had 2 adults, 2 children, and 2 car seats. Kind of hard to miss. Ridiculous. The hostess didn't even question our leaving. read more

Shame on them for changing late night appertizers to exclude the popular ones. Change your advertising. 3 ounces of dried out salmon with vegetables for 12.99. What a ripoff! Not many choices in Fremont and this place has been getting worse with each visit. I am done going there. Service is horrible late at night because all the servers are eating dinner and talking on cellphones. Manager didnt want to visit after i complained. Go to 1809 club or chuds or bw3. read more

Great fish but it was unlimited and my food took forever and they brought me my fish one by one . I guess it's their technique to get u to eat less by killing you with waiting game read more

I tried coming here but when I came in the waitress was giving us attitude and was upset that we came in. She then told us to "move" while waving her hands at us read more

The server spilled an entire drink on my daughter. The beef nachos lacked beef. The chips were soft and soggy like they had been sitting with toppings on them for too long. Our burgers were made incorrectly and instead of getting fresh buns, they took him to the back peel the ingredients off and gave us the same old stale buns. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else. read more

This was by far my worst experience ever! When we walked in there was no one to greet us, not a big deal until the manager walked right by us not saying a word. We were seated and when my boyfriend made a comment that the table was wet the hostess acted like she didn't know what to do about it. When our waitress arrived you could tell she didn't want to be there. When I was offering her my license she snatched it out of my hand. As the night went on we noticed that the manager who previously passed us instead of seating us was seating people . The food was average but wait there's more. As we were walking out to the car I noticed that I didn't have my card and I didn't remember seeing it. My boyfriend went back in to see if we left it on the table it wasn't there. He approached the manager and when getting our waitress Jessica came to find that she had my bank card in her pocket. read more

The hostess first asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I said I prefer a table. She sat me in the bar at a tall top. I sat there for 15 minutes before I finally got up to ask the bartender, who was no more than 8 feet from my table, who the waitress was in this area. Said it was her and that she would be over soon. I said I have been here 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. No apology just an "OK" from her. The hostess finally came over and got my drink order and about 5 minutes later the bartender finally came up and asked if I was ready to order. Food took too long to come out and I never saw the bartender/waitress again. Paid bill with their table top device. Poor service mediocre food. read more

I just gotta get this off my chest. As a server the one thing I hear the most is "every time I come here the food is horrible, service is horrible etc etc" at this point I'm thinking well why do you continue to come back? You come here every week complain about the same sh*t hoping to get a free meal or a discount. Then after you get your discount you sit & treat your servers like CRAP & you don't tip accordingly and wonder why we roll our eyes & act like we don't want to I take care of you. You scream at us a & be rude you never know what kind of day we were having before we greeted your tables. How would you like we come into your job & complain, be rude, curse & treat you like complete sh*t? Just be courtesy & considerate next time you eat out. Sincerely a server from Applebee's read more

This place sucks from their horrid attitude having serves to their lazy manager. Not to mention how trash the food is. You can hear people cussing and yelling in the kitchen. Horrible place! read more

We were in Fremont for sons hockey game. Needed to kill an hour and not many places to sit down and eat there unfortunately and ended up at Craplebees. Never got to eat our food. Basically this one is in rural Ohio and we mistakenly showed up at Sunday at 12:30 as our son had a hockey game at their ice rink at 1:35. Ordered food at 12:40 after a easy wait of 10 minutes for a table for six. We told the waitress we are ready to order as we needed to get out of there at 1:20. App and salads came quick. She was very helpful, but a very slow kitchen day and we left at 1:20 having only ate our app and salads. She checked if food was ready to box it up and it wasn't even close. We left her a nice tip but kitchen was slow. read more

Ordered Applebee's carside to go. This is the fourth and last time. Every time I order here they are slow as can be, have no motivation to hurry. Not to mention they take FOREVER with their ready time never being accurate. Embarrassing. read more

Another bad experience at this place. Restaurant with dirty. It took the waiter over 10 minutes to acknowledge us. There was a couple sitting there with a problem and really giving the waitress a hard time. The manager knew about it and never went over to see what was wrong. Walked by our table numerous times and saw the we weren't getting waited on and did nothing. The place is freezing cold people are sitting around with their jackets on and again the manager does nothing about it. It will be a long time before I go back there read more

Service was above average food was delicious not to long for a Saturday night with a 20 minute wait

My husband and I have gone here on numerous occasions and is one of the very few places that we will wait in line. The wait, if any, has always been worth it. We have eaten at some of the top restaurants and I can honestly say that you get what you pay for. I also greatly appreciate that they were the first ones in the whole area to honour our veterans. I highly recommend this location. read more

I was driving back home from my day trip at Cedar Point and stopped for some food at this Applebee's location. I was rather impressed with the great service that I received. Everything was perfect from the food arrive time to the waitress mannerisms. I look forward to making this a traditional stop on my way back from Cedar Point every time. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family traveling through. read more

This place has changed. I asked the Manager if they changed the Asian salad that was previously excellent. She said they have changed most of their menu. All 3 of us who had lunch agreed it was not good anymore. The waitress was completely lost, but we just got a bad draw on that. Won't be returning which is sad because it was a decent place to go prior. read more

Out of a few featured items. Never really knew who was our server was. Dessert menu was lacking because they no longer make some of the items that are on the menu. Steak was over cooked. It was pretty loud for a Sunday night. read more

Has definiately went downhill fast. Ordered a 9 oz sirlion which was actually only about 5 oz. Talked to the manager (Shannon) who was very unfriendly and condescending. Said this is their best steak on the menu - for $17 shouldn't have left hungry. Service was good. Will not go back. read more

I visit here often and thoroughly enjoy my experience. The food is good. The service is good and the prices are fair. One thing I enjoy about Applebees is even after they drop your bill off at your table they continue to serve you. I wish I could say that about other restaurants. read more
