    Smashburger

First time going here. Had a taste for a burger. Found this on google. Good rating. Ordered a double Smashburger, Onion Rings, and a chicken Sammy. Chicken Sammy was our least favorite. Brioche bun some chicken tenders( good chicken tenders) and a unmelted slice of cooper sharp cheese. Just wasn't worth the $10 to me. But it was okay. But the Burger and the Onion Rings were cooked to perfection. Only request I'll make sure to add next time is a little more seasoning. If not for that this would be an easy 10. This was a magazine quality burger and the onion rings were worth it.

The guy and I grabbed a cheesesteak here...The perfect ratio of cheese, steak & bread. They offer a Camden style as well---round roll with a slather of onions. The joint is across from Tonewood brewery, making it a great match. Inside has plenty of seats with a simple vibe. There is also a few parking spots available in their shared lot next door.

Friendly service in this clean, sunny corner spot in Barrington. Lots of "Go, Birds!" from other customers, too. Camden-style cheesesteak was tasty. Enjoyed it with a birch beer soda. Don't sleep on the beer-batter dipped onion rings - the best I've had in a long time!!!

Tiny spot with limited parking. Stopped in to try their burger and fries. The burger was amazing! So fresh, juicy and flavorful. I just love crinkle fries so these were tasty. I just thought the serving portion of fries was small for the price. We had 1 order of fries and the serving portion didn't even reach the top of the container. The chicken sandwich got rave reviews.

Different Cheesesteak #1221. Special guest eater Ed drove all the way from Virginia to eat this cheesesteak. We got their 'Camden Style' cheesesteak and took it to the Courtyard Marriott Navy Yard. I feel dirty for how much I like this cheesesteak. I am a huge Donkey's fan, and I feel like I am cheating on Rob. Some meat was hanging out of the side of the cheesesteak. I thought it was going to be dry, but it wasn't. The onions have that wonderful old hot dog vendor flavor. There was a very good amount of cheese. Can there be too much cheese? I saw online today that you pick a non-seeded round roll. Nice clean place. Very nice people running the counter. Sorry, in my videos I call The Garnet Grill everything but The Garnet Grill.

I stuck with my usual two eggs, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My fiancée ordered the Pretty Toast, their take on French toast, topped with cream cheese, pecans, and sweetened peaches. It honestly reminded me of peach cobbler! When I saw her plate, my jaw dropped--I was instantly jealous! She let me steal a couple of bites, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes you could enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or even as a sweet snack. The food was a solid 10/10. Our server, Ben, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to tell us a little about the menu and even suggested we try something different. Looking back... I probably should have listened! The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting. It honestly felt like sitting in your nonna's kitchen--warm, comfortable, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the dinner menu. If brunch was this good, we have a feeling dinner will be just as amazing!

Great to share. The artichoke cake sandwich was the sleeper hit: crispy outside, creamy inside, packed with flavor. Cozy, sentimental touch and we'll be back for dinner!

The food is great but taking into consideration me and my dining companion only had an iced tea and soft drink, me a sandwich, my companion a salad, one order of fries and extra dipping sauce. Understandable the rising costs get passed onto the customer, the final bill of over $71., we both deemed a bit much. Although the town draws a high-end crowd, sadly while I dined there were sparse other diners. I hope the place thrives on, although again, I felt the money spent wasn't worth it.

King's Highway has a charming little stretch of independent ambition, all tidy storefronts and quiet confidence. This is where you can find The British Chip Shop, which I had long intended to try, and at last my synapses and my hunger aligned. The place was empty when I entered, which always feels like it could be either a warning or a gift. A voice from the kitchen promised to appear, and did, promptly and kindly, seating me by the window like a character in a underattended play. I ordered the daily special: Pork pie, mashed potatoes, mushy peas, and added a Tango orange soda for good measure. The pork pie arrived hot and full of purpose, the kind of food that knows exactly what it is. The mushy peas were fresh and honest. The mashed potatoes, however, seemed to have lost the will to live, bland and harboring a cold, defiant lump of butter at their center. The soda did exactly what it claimed, which is all one can ask of a soda. Only later did I notice I could have swapped the peas and mash for chips, and for a few dollars more added cheese and curry sauce. This knowledge arrived to me too late, as most useful knowledge does. Next time, I will be wiser. All told, an enjoyable, slightly pricey lunch with one unfortunate spud based misadventure. Still, if you find yourself wandering this lovely town, it is worth stepping inside. Four stars, because curiosity was rewarded, if not perfectly fed.

We opted for the 4 course meal at $55 per person. It was nice for us to be able to try a little bit of everything and it was more than enough food for the two of us.
