If you're not going to include fries with your sandwiches make sure your chips are edible. The rooftop offers a different limited menu that offers a few of the same items the dining rooms have with some different "lighter" additions. She wanted to ensure she understood my request, and when I explained that I would like everything kept separate--even though I knew it might be a hassle--she reassured me that it was absolutely no problem. I've tried the bake-at-home option before, but the cheese still ends up on the chips, which doesn't solve the sogginess issue. This time, everything was packed separately, and for the first time, I was able to fully enjoy this delicious menu item without anything getting soggy.
