We visited on a Sunday and met friends, who said it took a while to get a big table for us; it was surprisingly packed! It's a large industrial brewery, with the equipment chained off at the back. They make great use of the rest of the building with large tables, small tables, bar seating/standing room, plus an arcade area, outside seating area, and a few cozy living room style areas with stuffed furniture at the back. To the right on entry is the canned beer for takeout, to the left is their large bar and impressive tap list. We mostly get IPAs, so it was fun to try their other styles like rice lagers and a barleywine, everything was excellent. Their flights are huge, basically half size goblet pours in a six rack. Prices are reasonable for the well developed beer. They also had a food vendor outside, which we loved (see separate review). It's great to see a place equally rock great beer and a fun experience, I definitely look forward to returning sometime soon.

One restroom; back room for extra tables and that's where our caterer stayed during our event. (Which btw I booked after seeing them featured on A Venue's Instagram post.) As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. There are so many fairs in the city, but the vendors here are ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. So check out their insta or their website for dates to their upcoming fairs.

I worked an event here for a wedding reception a couple of months ago and was in love with the Great Gatsby-themed party. It was both elegant and vintage, with an awesome upstairs area with tiny rabbit-hole bedrooms and a living space with enough room for a photo booth, couches, card tables and a library of vinyl records (you can bet it got me there). And besides it being an amazing space, the workers are what set it apart. The array of food and drink was attractive and tasty, the space itself clean and stylish, and the event itself fun. It's worth checking the Verdi Club calendar for upcoming and/or monthly events as this is one of the nicer spots to hang in. Street parking is relatively easy and mostly flat.
