Ruben sandwich and club sandwich It is huge!

Food is amazing, we ordered the Ruben and the Club sandwich, fries and tots were crispy to perfection. Alicia was a gem! Great customer service. The ambiance is normal for a bar/ video lottery place.

The food is always good here even though it's a bar. A straight up, video lottery - with a smoking patio, last - call bar. To be fair, I frequent it because of proximity, I don't know that I would go out of my way to go there if it wasn't in my neighborhood. The staff is always friendly. They have daily drink specials. On the weekends they offer a brunch menu, otherwise it's pretty typical bar fare. Burgers and sandwiches. It has a welcoming atmosphere when the weather is gloomy outside. They open early and close late. There's a pool table, a dart board, a jukebox, video lottery, sports on the t.v.'s, and a couple of video games including Big Buck Hunter. Lol. They also have a smoking patio and allow your dogs on the patio. They don't make fancy drinks but I've ordered Manhattans there and the bartender did a great job. As I mentioned, the food is always good. I personally love the French dip and the nachos, the burgers are good too. Cheers!

Cousin gathering. Crazy fun times.

One bartender on a Seahawks Sunday and you have to order at the bar. A line of ten long just to close out. We don't need to come here again.

The food has been extraordinary this year! The menu starts with various eggs benedict and potatoes or salads. At one pm, the lunch menu opens. The chef makes an exquisite burger on brioche bun. Service is noteworthy with a recent Arts alum serving nicely. Go Ducks!

Our server was incredibly attentive, what I appreciated was the fact he paid attention to every single person in the group when taking orders, when asking questions, and such. Too many times in a large group small needs are ignored, and our waiter was amazing with that. Which is what will stick in my brain long after writing this. Food was amazing. I had what is basically diced ham and scrambled eggs, but those were the softest scrambled eggs I've ever eaten. It's clear they have a chef cooking and not just a cook. It was simple food, but done perfectly and I love that. Everything came out at the same time, which is no small feat with a large group like ours. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable brunch I've ever had in a restaurant, while celebrating a milestone birthday, enjoying great food and drinks, and catching up with family I hadn't seen in over a year. This was a restaurant that was all about the experience, not just turning tables over for new customers. Would I return? Oh my yes! The views from the restaurant are gorgeous, parking is easy, food/drinks/service are all on point. I literally have nothing to complain about. This is definitely a place that's worthy of repeat visits.

Came out for karaoke, food and drink…read more The karaoke kept us there; not the food. Its too bad too because this place has potential. Had the SW chicken salad, sweet potato fries and a quesadilla. The salad dressing was delicious and I liked the way they grilled the chicken breast. It's served in a huge bowl that is a little misleading (it really wasn't that big). Otherwise the salad was good and fresh. The fries were a let down; not crisp, warm not hot, no seasoning. The quesadilla was not good. The take away I want the owners of this place to pay attention to: If I can make it better at home? Why would I want to come out and pay for it something so basic? I wouldn't. quesadillas are fun and easy and this was boring and didnt taste very good. It was like canned corn and black beans, barely any cheese... the tortilla was not even crisped up... boring and flavorless... and way to many hot jalapeños - and I like jalapeños. But not so many that my mouth is on fire. Wheres the finesse? Put a little effort into it. Dress it up! It really needs help. I happen to be starving so I ate everything. I'll come back here to sing and drink but I don't think I would order food here again. The staff were attentive. The KJ cool. And for gods sake, please get a chef in there who knows how to cook with more than canned food! And even if you dont make your own guacamole, don't squirt it into a serving cup! It literally looks like an old dog turd. So gross.

Mind you the reason I remembered this local place is during our recent Ice storm they kept heaters going and food for those who needed it and shelter. I wanted to go spend my money somewhere that definitely deserves it! When we got there they were so kind, the place is sooo clean and has everything! We were able to sit on the patio and watch the UFC fights, have food and drinks. We ended up staying for hours we liked it so much. The owner stopped by and was very kind and so friendly. ALSO their pretzel.. you have to get!! I'm a pretzel person and obviously a foodie; best one I've ever had!!!! With the beer cheese sauce with just a hint of spice! This place is so current with tons of screens everywhere, lots of games to play, all different sorts of seating, a full bar, the list goes on. I would highly recommend. Plus a huge thank you for giving back to the community when people needed it most! I will be back!! Tomorrow I do know they're hosting the Super Bowl!

Big City Gaming and Home Team Kitchen- 4 stars…read more Big City Gaming is a Sports Bar in Eugene. I went here on the 4th of July which is hella less annoying than 4th of July in the Mission in SF aka my hood. So my beloved Lotus Garden aka vegan Chinese food that is fab that I would frequent in the day when in lived in Eugene was closed on the 4th despite their website saying they were open and walked there to find out they only are currently doing take out. Damn like Kendrick Lamar So I walk back to Big City Gaming and the friendly bartender tells me that they have an all vegetarian menu even though it isn't pure veg aka they have non veg too. It's all good baby, baby. I am starving after walking heaps in the hard sun like Eddie Vedder. So I get some water and check out the all veg menu. Upon the bartender's suggestion I go with the jackfruit tacos. They were quite alright aka two corn tortillas filled with generous portions of fajita style grilled jackfruit, topped with cabbage, pico de gallo and our signature avocado crema sauce sprinkled with queso fresco. I decided to add vegan crema and non-dairy cheese for a buck. It hit the spot. I did feel like a fish out of water with all the screens showing baseball as basketball is my jam. I am a huge Warriors fan and sad we lost Donte yet he is going to the Knicks. Cool atmosphere with screens for sports and games such as shooting basketballs in the hoop etc. Recommended for sports night!

I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

We initially planned to go to Level Up but they were closed for a private event so we went here instead. The TVs were all showing the same UFC fight but it kept us entertained during lulls in the conversation. The bartender was nice and got our drinks to us quickly. The place was clean and wasn't too loud even though there were some other people there drinking and talking too. The drinks were good but we didn't get any food so I can't speak to that at all. There are two bathrooms so there can be a line when there are a lot of people, so time your trip wisely. There's no parking lot since it's downtown, but there's a decent amount of street parking. There's also a paid lot a block east of the bar, it's a 24/7 paid lot so there are probably better options that are free after a certain time. While we didn't plan to go here initially, I'm glad we did. It felt like a safe space for myself and my queer friends and we genuinely had a good time.

I ordered the BLAT and it surprised by the flavor balance. The store is clean and well lit with a huge window wall and outside seating available in a very nice neighborhood. Hmmm... might be okay after all... but it does smell good.. Looking over the menu I see food unfamiliar to the average country carnivore. I started with a London Fog tea and they nailed it. It came out perfect. I then opted for The Butte. It came hot and steamy with the sriracha aioli adding the perfect amount of spice heat and flavor. The bread was fresh, the onions caramelized and the flavors blended very well. I found this to be an incredibly good sandwich, especially considering there was no meat. Huh, imagine that.... Yea, I would order it again The only downside is that the door remains open and the flies are here. A fan over the door blowing out would solve that.. The name 16 Tons is indeed a shoutout to the song from Tennessee Ernie Ford, one of my favorites.
