She drew up plans and it was mostly executed, however she disappeared in January of 2024. After weeks and months of trying to get in contact with no response I had no choice but to go to her office. She was not there or responding so the building doorman called her while overheard the conversation and she immediately claimed she was unavailable. I eventually was able to speak with her and she claimed she would reach out after her "meeting ". She took my initial deposit and ran with it all $68,000. I live in New Rochelle and thought after doing research she would be a good fit but I was grossly mistaken and I was taken full advantage of and my law suit is pending. As a bachelor without design sense it was one of the best investments I could have made. It saved me so much time and anxiety about which pieces to pick and every single person who has visited has been amazed by how nicely decorated my apartment is. The process is exactly as described by other reviewers - introductory call, questionnaire, in home visit, and follow up call a week or two later with a mood board and shopping list. Betsy was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I was also impressed with how much her suggestions matched my style even though I didn't have the vocabulary to communicate it. Everything fit within my constraints and preferences and Betsy helped with follow up questions and suggestions as pieces came in and as I decided to swap out a few pieces.
