I hired Chetwode Cabinetry to make a simple refrigerator panel for a new Sub Zero. I had a long…read morediscussion with Mike about how I wanted the panel made. I made it clear that it needed to be a few inches taller than the refrigerator specs since the new refrigerator was smaller than the old one and the opening needed to be covered. Mike said he understood, measured, took the refrigerator spec sheets and returned a week later to remeasure the space and discuss the plan again. Payment was required upfront before it was installed. The delivered panel did not fit the refrigerator, it covered the same above the refrigerator but it also covered the vent on the bottom of the refrigerator and prevented air circulation. Mike returned, could see that the panel he made covered the vent and said he would remake it. The second panel was delivered and is also the wrong size! He not only cut the bottom of the panel that covered the vent, but cut the top of the panel, leaving a gap of space in my cabinetry. Exactly what I told him not to do. Mike refuses to remake the panel again insisting it wasn't his mistake. It was 1000% his mistake. He was paid in full, I am out almost $1300 and I have no recourse. Now I need to hire another carpenter to do the job correctly. I agree with Sam D.'s review. Run, don't hire Chetwode Cabinetry. They don't stand behind their work.

Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

How can you run a sales business and not adhere to the promise you made to a potential client to reach out to them? This is a terrible first impression for any potential client for any business, let alone for those who will be spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. They're certainly not getting my business and I don't recommend working with them to anyone. If service & communication is this bad at this stage, imagine what it would be like to PM a whole renovation project with them - from design to manufacturing to installation!? No thanks.

I have yet to write a bad review online but I'm so disappointed with the quality of the kitchen and…read morethe lack of attention to detail. we had these cabinets installed 2 years ago and the custom hood has cracked, the custom color paint is chipping. in addition severap mistakes were made during design process- the stove was mismeasured by the NuKitchens team and thankfully I caught that mistake otherwise all of the cabinets would have come in incorrectly. in addition our custom hutch was built up against the window in our kitchen so we can't even fit Roman shades without hitting the cabinet. It was extremely overpriced and we felt completely rushed during the process as they kept telling us we have to order asap or else the prices go up. To say the least it was hard to watch our hard earned money for our forever home go into a kitchen that is breaking down in 2 years.
