Very disappointed today, and I just ordered through DoorDash a few days ago since I like their BBQ…read morepork on the stick. Anyways, I decided to order a whole order for BBQ on the sticks today and only received one BBQ for $16.00. And my Pompano fish was replaced for Tilapia since they were out of stock. But what I received was milkfish. And it was so dry and when I picked it up it was little tiny pieces. It was like a reheated fish on the skillet and burnt into pieces. The pancit was ok. The was very hungry but lost my appetite after receiving my order. My receipt wasn't even taped on my order. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but in some cases you have too. I called the business and a gentleman answered the phone and he stated he wasn't at the restaurant. He sounded kind and suggested I ask refund from DoorDash, and I told him it's ok since I did received some food. But not the amount I paid for. I told him to tell Sarah she owes me some BBQ. I told him that I plan on visiting their restaurant. Anyways, they also relocated on Ft Hood St. I noticed their old location is now occupied by Strike out wings. I really do love Sarah's BBQ and they are kind. I just hope that they do a better service for deliveries and double check the order before DoorDash pick up.

I had the kara kara and it was good. Cucumber salad was good also. Just a note if you at in cash bring the right change not always able to give you change back . Took a star off for that .

We drove from San Antonio to try this place and had it been 3+ hours away we would still make the drive. We were very impressed by the representation of both Filipino and Chinese food at this establishment.

Walking into the…read morerestaurant, you'll notice that it is one of the cleanest Filipino restaurants that you've ever been in. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a friendly voice from the front desk. They asked how many people were in our party, then seated us right away. They noticed that the table where we sat was a little wobbly, so they fixed it right away. We ordered a glass of red wine, a hot and sour soup, sesame chicken, beef kate-kare, a diet coke, leche flan and halo-halo. I was a bit hesitant about ordering the wine. I asked for a sample, and found out that it was decent, so I ordered a full glass. My partner, Stuart, loved the hot and sour soup. He said that it was better than Qi's hot and sour soup. He really enjoyed the sesame chicken with the broccoli being a little crispy. As for my beef kare-kare, it was a new experience for me. I've only had this dish with oxtail. It is served with a lovely side of bagaoon for a burst of flavor. The leche flan was too eggy for my friend, but a nice reminder of home for me. I love when halo-halo has bits of flan on it. Today, it did, so extra flan always makes my day. Altogether, the food, cleanliness and attentive service give this restaurant 5 stars!

It's great to have another Filipino option in Austin with this one serving out of 5610 Food Co…read more complex which houses a bunch of cloud kitchens. I somehow found this place on my IG feed and added it to my list of places to try and since I knew this was a cloud kitchen I was glad they were also available on the delivery apps so decided on this place for lunch. You can also order directly and pick it up as well to save on service fees and delivery costs. I grew up eating Filipino food and so to me this is comfort. The pancit (noodle) was tasty and had enough sweet to cut the soy. It's a combination of meats and a good pancit is always how the vegetables are cut and definitely how the cabbage is hand torn. It's also how the sauce is braised and integrated into the noodles. This definitely is more braised and so you would typically squeeze wedges of lemon to cut the flavor; iykyk that Filipinos tend to like sour and vinegar so adding lemon as an accoutrement is a must. The pancit bihon also comes with 4pcs of lumpia shanghai. The filling was delish probably one of the better lumpia's available in the Austin area (there aren't many options) but this one goes to the top though they could probably be more crispy and tightly rolled but I think I like they didn't roll them so perfect to make it more home style. I am also a fan of the little Mac salad that came with my dish. If you're familiar with the Hawaiian style it's almost the same but the Filipino one adds chicken and is slightly sweeter pineapple and sweet relish. They also have Filipino bbq, bangus (milkfish), your -log style dishes which are savory sometimes sweet proteins over rice and a fried egg. Weekends appear to have some special items. They even have kare kare (a traditional peanut curry with vegetables and oxtail) and a clear beef soup with soup bones and cabbage. Can't wait to try more of their menu. If you're missing Filipino food and you're in north central Austin this is really one of two places and if you haven't tried home style Filipino food this is a good day to try.

She comes out and ask what you want to order and gets the order done pretty quick. Adobo Plate- this is pork! People in the area said it was beef but this is a pork dish. It taste just like the adobo I have at home with the meat being leaner than other places. I might be even able to hit my macros with this. If you like a slight vinegar taste this dish is it! Comes with lumpia and rice. Skewer plate- the skewer plate was definitely my favorite. It was moist and had that slight kick of spicy. I would order it again! Comes with lumpia and rice also. Overall this place is great for such a small shop. I love how the lumpia came in a bunch and it was really good! The lady cooked it just right and you don't have that burnt egg roll taste if you know what I'm talking about. The customer service is great and the food smacks!

My first disappointment was the halo-halo, it just consisted of Coconut, ube ice cream, a lot of corn that's all i could taste and nata de coco. that's it. It's basically Mais con yelo with ube ice cream and the gulaman tasted old like it was sour, and there was no sweetness to the halo halo i had to add sugar when I got home. Next was the pork bbq and lumpia combo, lumpia was okay but the pork bbq gave me a stomach ache, it was drenched in spicy sauce to mask that the meat went bad, I can't believe someone would serve this. Oh and the cherry on top for me was when you have to pay, their payment system won't let you decline the tip. There was only 4 options of tip and no option to decline tip
