Best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Great burgers and fabulous sides too. These folks know what they are doing.

The location has a few tables but mostly everyone was doing takeout. The star of the show was definitely the fried chicken. It was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. If you're a fried chicken fan, it's easy to see why this is one of their most popular offerings. The biscuits were another standout. Warm, fluffy, and absolutely delicious with the butter and hot honey. I could easily make a meal out of those alone. The sides, however, were a bit disappointing compared to the chicken. They were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The broccoli was the biggest letdown, as it wasn't cooked enough for my taste and was still quite firm. While the sides could use some improvement, the excellent fried chicken and biscuits make this a meal I'd order again. Next time, I may just choose different sides.

Nothing i ordered had beans in it (yuk) saved that for him lol. He ordered the side of corn. The cucumber, rice & broccoli 8 sides are awesome! Rolls too! Thank you Christian for recommending the broccoli it was awesome like I said!! I really suggest Nans recipe for the chicken!

Beer selections are minimal but just varied enough that you'll find something to your liking, whether mainstream or craft. The food menu is much deeper, nailing most of the pub food classics. As a burgers and wings guy, that was my focus, but there's enough greenery to satisfy my vegetarian wife too. GPH Burger: A well sourced blend, made into a patty of good thickness, grilled over an open flame, and housed in a potato bun with a generous allotment of toppings. Beautiful presentation, and most importantly, the flavor of the beef came through, never getting lost. You can order pink or no pink; I went pink, and on my first visit they nailed the temperature, color, and juiciness to go along with the crusty exterior. Good seasoning, and very enjoyable grill flavor. One of the best burgers I've had this year. Tried it again on a second visit, again requesting pink, but: a) not pink or juicy, and b) no flame grill flavor. Still a decent burger-- mostly because the addition of some nicely chewy and very strongly cured bacon picked up some of the slack. Third try, a repeat of the first, so two out of three ain't bad. Smashburger: Solid enough, though not as pronounced of surface crispness as a proper smashburger. Fries: Hand-cut, plentiful, dark, crispy, and just droopy enough. There's no salt on the table, but these were salted perfectly. Ketchup is an off brand, with a little more tartness than the standard, but it worked fine. Onion Rings: The thick ring, thick batter kind, and very crunchy. All depends on whether you like that style. Hot Dog: The menu lists them with fries included, but if you're already getting a burger, you can add one on without getting the extra fries. Toasted New England flat-sided bun, very juicy, grilled wiener, and toppings you can choose. Chili is a $3 add-on, but note there are beans included. I enjoyed mine and would get it again without the chili. Wings: Went Buffalo once, somewhat crisp, somewhat tender, nice sauce, with spices and seasonings, but not what I'd call Buffalo and not much coverage. These are baked, then fried, so missing a little something.went sweet chili on the next visit, and these were closer to the listed flavor and a little closer to wings that quench a wings craving.

Last night I had the steakhouse burger (partner had the same) with sweet potato fries and a glass of their house red. All very good, I would gladly come back for these items. My partner was also happy with his meals both times. The service was wonderful! It was a crowded Friday night, and the bar was full, but we were able to order our wine right away thanks to the attentive bartenders. Our table came up sooner than estimated, and our waiter was attentive and friendly. Our food came out quickly. We'll be back!

Crispy Korean sandwich was excellent. The baked tortellini. Bolognese was extremely salty. Definitely a solid comfort food. We were able to sit at the patio, which was bright and comforting. The inside atmosphere is way too dark for me. Almost like going into a nightclub. Coming in for seating was a bit frustrating. They had four people as graders. But had no clue where to see us so we walked around the entire place. I wanted to sit us at a high top then I said no thank you you rather have a table and then just made up my mind like just see us outside at a table. They clearly have no direction on what they're receiving plans should be to benefit the wait staff. They do have a very excellent beer menu. Generally not a beer drinker, but it's always nice to go in here and find something that you're going to like.

If you ordered a caffeinated beverage, your name will be called so you can go up to the counter and pick it up. we ordered two pork hashes with a black tea and coffee. There is no free refills. The coffee and tea were both very smooth. The pork hash was really flavorful and well cooked. The barbecue sauce is on the sweeter side and at certain bites dominated the flavor profile. something in the dishes made us super lethargic afterwards. i don't normally daytime nap but took one when i got home.

We have tried the pop tarts, croissants, muffins and breads here. Our favorite morning pastry is the vanilla custard filled croissant. If you ask for it warmed before serving, it is simply to die for. I wish I was eating it right now! The owner and workers here are all so friendly. We have bought High Brow coffee beans from here and the light and dark roasts are both great. The coffee and offerings are obviously delicious as well. My only critique would be that I wish Salt & Light made their own oat milk or used a healthier brand option. They use the brand Oatly as their oat milk offering to customers. Oatly milk is absolutely terrible for you and can cause gut bloat due to poor ingredients, etc. But, other than that, we love it here and hope to come back soon :)
