I've never seen him eat so many vegetables--but he finished that bowl because it was delicious! The tots were crispy and perfect, even with the sauce. Quite an accomplishment with a high degree of difficulty! And there were big chunks of crawfish, which was delicious and just the right texture, a little chewy which really added to the dish. No need to add pictures because they are exactly as pictured on the website. I visited the truck when they were parked at Dirigible brewery. I placed the order online, and was notified when it was ready. Perfect! I look forward to patronizing this truck again!
