GPH Burger: A well sourced blend, made into a patty of good thickness, grilled over an open flame, and housed in a potato bun with a generous allotment of toppings. Beautiful presentation, and most importantly, the flavor of the beef came through, never getting lost. You can order pink or no pink; I went pink, and on my first visit they nailed the temperature, color, and juiciness to go along with the crusty exterior. Good seasoning, and very enjoyable grill flavor. One of the best burgers I've had this year. Tried it again on a second visit, again requesting pink, but: a) not pink or juicy, and b) no flame grill flavor.
