Once inside, the waiting room is surprisingly plush, comfortable, and inviting. Overall, a really fun experience! There were a lot of moving parts and lots to do in to this room so nobody was really standing around. We thought the room had a great balance between technology and analog. Puzzles were logical and hard in ways, but solvable and doable! We all had a really great time and got out with 16 minutes to spare! Communication/organization is key for this room Mason our game master was great and helpful! There was also a giant lounge to wait in for our game to start with tons of couches, games, puzzles, and water. A great escape room at a great venue! Would absolutely come again and would love to do Puppeteer's Workshop in the future

There are multiple rooms, and we solved almost all of the puzzles even though there wasn't any sort of feedback for someone other than the guide telling us we'd done it. This was the most disappointing part since we expected the parts and pieces to have functionality. If you're looking for an experience that feels more Disney than other escape rooms you might enjoy this one but we felt it was lacking.

There are a few rooms to go through and that was fun. They have a lot of lockers (with free locks!) Foe heavy coats/bags, etc. Some of the puzzles are different takes than what you might expect. You have "Alex" with you at all times. Sometimes it is helpful. The bad: The rooms are time gated because the group in the room in front of you has to finish or fail before you can move on. That means sometimes you wait or they give you the equivalent of busywork until the next room opens. It would be better to have optional video filler at that time. They have a lot of video sequences that don't give clues and are too long. If I am trying to figure out a puzzle next to a screen, I don't want to be randomized by a video unrelated to the activity. The rooms are pretty noisy. If you have a listening puzzle it is hard to hear. Parking nearby is spendy. The worst IMO? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR PICS AT THE END. That really irritated me. It's not a cheap ticket and having an electronic copy of a photo should be part of the package IMO. You can also choose to tip your "Alex" at the end. They aren't the most complicated puzzles especially if you are an experienced puzzler. All of them involve tech which was interesting... The only physical locks were ones on the lockers outside. I think it may be the only escape room we've done where there wasn't a single lock to solve! We solved all the puzzles and made it out.

The escape room took place in just one room and I would've liked it to be more interactive with multiple rooms. The biggest issue was the host's approach to providing hints. Instead of offering subtle guidance to help us move forward, most of the hints simply repeated things we had already accomplished. It often felt less like receiving assistance and more like being told what we already knew. Several times, our team found ourselves responding through the intercom with, "Yeah, we already did that." The narration and interactions throughout the game also came across as unnecessarily sarcastic and somewhat condescending. Rather than enhancing the experience, it felt like being lectured by a teacher instead of being immersed in an escape room adventure. I understand that not every team will successfully complete every room, and that's perfectly fine. Failing an escape room has never bothered me before. However, this was the first time I've left an escape room feeling disappointed enough to think about asking for a refund. Afterward, we decided to visit another escape room venue just to salvage the evening and have a more enjoyable experience, which we did. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor impression, and I can't say I'd return or recommend it based on our visit.

I'm a big fan of their hot honey pizza, and their tap cider is always a great choice as well. The food and drinks make this a spot I'm happy to come back to, especially when looking for a more casual night out with friends. The space can get pretty busy and loud during peak hours, but I think that adds to the energetic feel of the bar. The service has been friendly, and overall I've always had a good experience here. Original post: Thanks for ruining my birthday, Puzzling Adventures! I purchased the Puzzles by the Glass (21 and over) adventure for my birthday party as it seemed like it would be a fun time. What I wound up with instead is some sort of walking tour of the sculptures at the Seattle Center. It was a total snooze fest and definitely not what I wanted to do for my birthday. Basically, it has you walk from one sculpture to the next, read the plaques, and then answer a reading comprehension question for each one. Freaking ridiculous. I thought I was purchasing basically a pub crawl and thought it would be a fun way for my friends and I to go on an adventure and check out some places we might not otherwise go to. After 30 minutes of walking from sculpture to sculpture, our group finally decided it was clear they weren't leading us to a bar so I tried to call but (surprise) nobody works at Puzzling Adventures on the weekends when folks might actually be using their products so there was no way to get support to get us on the correct adventure so we chose our own adventure instead. What a waste of money (not just the cost of the "adventure", but also the $22 parking at the lot it has you start at).

Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!!
