Last Wednesday, I came here for an event and was blown away by the cleanliness and open space. We waited for the squid game line and played with 3 other people. Overall, my friend and I had such a good time. Made a reservation for my husband's birthday on Sunday around 1:30pm. We had a BLAST! Our VR Experience was so much fun! We originally had a group of 6 but one of members had to drop out (you don't get your money back for that one person unfortunately but we knew that going in). We opted for the Deadwood Valley - their number one most popular - it's a zombie shooting game. We all arrived about 10 minutes early and check in was very simple. We signed our waivers, chose a team name, got situated with our room, and put on our gear. The experience was really fun! We also felt like it was just the right amount of play time - not too short and not too long. It was also a real workout, so be prepared! Super nice touch at the end - a little VR birthday cake for the lucky birthday boy and I love that at the end they send over some videos and footage of the experience, it's so much fun to watch and playback! My husband and I went to this place for an impromptu date night on a random Wednesday. We didn't have a reservation so we were thankful it wasn't busy. The staff was so nice and helpful and walked us through the process. The rep that helped us, I think his name is Kody, was super funny and professional. He worked with us as we did experience a few technical difficulties and mane sure we got on track quickly to get back to our game. They take videos which they give you for free so it was overall an excellent experience! Thanks Kody and the rest of the team for helping make date night a success! read more

I had a pretty good experience overall. The tickets were $114 for two people, which seemed reasonable. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean, which earned two stars right away. The instructions were clear and the equipment was well-maintained, so that added another star. There was also plenty of room space to move around, which was a nice bonus. The only suggestion I have is to make the games more hands-on, like allowing players to open doors and really feel immersed in the world. While the activity involving obstacles and movement was a great touch, being able to walk around and interact more with the environment would have made it even better. I do recommend this business though. It's a lot of fun, and with a few small improvements it could be so much better. read more

Super cool experience. The VR rig is nonrestrictive and the gameplay was challenging and fast paced. (We played amber sky 2088). Raheem got us set up quickly and was awesome with questions and adjustments! They do sell premium classes, but they don't feel necessary, so no stars off there!they do expect you to show up 15 mins early for orientation, so keep that in mind! read more

They overcharged me by two people and never fixed it after contacting them twice about it. Thru were supposed to add me to a previously paid for party but just charged me for the whole group and wouldn't fix it. read more

Overall I had a great time. We did a walk in and we were immediately taken in to register a pick a game. We decided to do squid games which was really fun. Great experience all around, from the ease of the booking process to the professionalism, putting on our gear and friendliness of the staff. This is such a cool opportunity for couples, team building, friends or family of any kind of all ages to bond together. We all had a most excellent time! It was a fun experience and definitely felt like we were there. At the end, they even did a virtual birthday party to celebrate my birthday which was pretty cool. We had a reservation at 10:15pm. We showed up at 10:00pm as requested, to fit into our VR gear. It is now 10:56pm and we are still waiting to be called. I feel totally ripped off having to wait so long. I'll update this review if the experience was worth the loooooong wait, but I wouldn't count on it. read more

We had a fun experience but there were too many glitches during our game which made it a little less fun for first-timers. The employee fixed them each time but it took time from our game and we missed two levels of game. The game record stated we played 6 out of 8 games during the Squid Game VR. Don't know where to place the blame for the tech issues but they need to be fixed. We will visit again when in Seattle. read more

Let me preface this by saying we did not come in here for VR. We were in dire need of assistance and they were closing down their shop, but we told them our situation and they let us in so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Our car was stuck in the parking garage and they called security for us as there was no phone number anywhere on the outside of the building. The two employees left working the closing shift were so nice and helpful that we just had to say something. Thank you Zaire for making sure we were ok! Now we can't wait to come back and try some VR. read more

After spending several hundred dollars and waiting over a hour because these son of a bitches were short staffed, they didn't record our video and basically told me to kiss there ass and I wouldn't be compensated if I want a video I have to spend another $300. They can go to hell!!! read more

Store manager gave away the reservation to another group before the 5 minute late grace period ended. The other group was already putting on the gear when we arrived so they were clearly violating their own policy. The store manager claimed that the entire day was booked until later in the evening, so that implies that the other group is probably double booked with us rather than starting early. Be wary of this place, they may scam you and refuse to issue refunds. read more

Had a reservation at 5:20. Got into a booth at 7:00 pm and it didn't even work after trying for one hour. Wasted 3 hours of my life. Not the employees fault but a manager wasn't even present. Wasn't issued a refund. Place is a complete scam. read more

We made a reservation when we arrived since it was full at the time. Killed 2.5 hours until it was our turn. When we arrive and after I have already signed waivers, the manager tells me that they now have to move our reservation from 330pm to 700pm because of staffing issues and one the rooms not working. We get the refund. A waste of time. However the system is poorly set up. They allow for reservations when they don't have the staff or the rooms available. Will plan to go elsewhere for this opportunity. read more

I recently went to the Kirkland location and had a great experience. Decided to take my kids to the Seattle location to check it out. Upon arriving, I wasn't greeted for about 10 mins and then told I would have to reschedule. I said I already checked in so then was then told we would get set up. The goggles were blurry and you could barely hear the sound through the headphones. Honestly paying $180 was a complete waste of money. If you choose to try it out, I highly recommend the Kirkland location over Seattle. read more

My friends and I had been seeing this advertised online and decided to give it a go. SO MUCH FUN. Extremely immersive experience, much more so than any VR experience id previously had. We played deadwood manor and it was indeed scary, people screamed at multiple points. Lastly our host William was very welcoming and informative which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back. read more

My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to sandbox before he leaves tomorrow morning for an internship over the summer. We came in for our 6:15 reservation and were told by Rebecca we had to come back at 7pm and that the manager said we could have a free session due to our room having technical issues. We come back at 7pm and she is not there neither is the manager but the shift lead William had just got in at 7pm and had not idea what was going on with our reservation or that we were told we were getting a free session. After having a quick conversation with him about this he said he could get us in at 7:20, at this point we are both tired and truly not in the mood to do this anymore as we are also being treated like a bother. When we can finally get his attention again we ask what other options we have hoping maybe a refund and a free session for all of our time now wasted. he tells us that if we just wait the 5 minutes he can get us in and if we didn't want to do it we should've told him when we were talking.(during that conversation he kept insisting he needed to assist other guests which I do understand but to then put it on us that we didn't have that conversation earlier while being rushed is unprecedented). Honestly just left a sour taste in my mouth being treated like an inconvenience after being tossed around for the evening. read more
