We enjoyed our meals, but they stop breakfast at 11 am so ordered lunch. I go the French dip and my husband a running wild burger it was very Fresh and tasty.

show stopper

Stop by for dinner on our way back to arizona. The show stopper salad with Glaze Balsamic vinegar was GREAT. also split a burger with Huckleberry Jam on it. The cook Phillip was very talkative, knew hes stuff. Our waiter was Mosses, and the Bartender was Amanda, all very nice. Will stop there again next year. Ron and Nancy H.

Philly, homemade fries and an ice cold beer.

Great find. Driving through the state and found this place. I had the Philly and home made fries. Outstanding. YES, they have alcohol. Everyone was very pleasant, food came out quick. I would come back!!!

Hash-browns and scrambled eggs

I'd recommend eating somewhere else. The place has a really cute atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food and service was terrible. We waited a while for a table, even though the restaurant was empty. The server was on her phone. I tried the "all day" biscuits and gravy, but the scrambled eggs were brown as if they had been cooked in a dirty pan, and they were a bit too seasoned for my taste. The hash browns were overly greasy. Just sharing my experience in case you're looking for something special!

Fillmore is kind of country-like, out in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful mountains. If you pass through Fillmore Utah looking for food. I recommend this place!! The Eatery. This place the people here are so down to earth. There's a salad bar in here. The menu is simple. There's even ice cream! I mean I'm not trying to make a big deal of ice cream you just got to see for yourself. The restaurant is merged with a retail store which is awesome also. I've been eating at this spot for the past few days. Whenever my work assignment requires me to come to Utah I'll always request for Fillmore Utah and I will always be at the Eatery. Take it easy everybody!!:)

I stopped in The Eatery last month to eat lunch as I was traveling through the area. As soon as I walked in the door It felt very eccentric, the decor seamed like an interesting choice. Theres a lot of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia scattered throughout the restaurant. The waitress seemed nice but not sure if it was a bad day for her or not but she forgot multiple things for our order. I ordered and asked for a soda, thinking she would bring it shorter after placing my order. Seven minutes later I asked her if I could get my soda and she forgot what kind I ordered. I ordered the "Running Wild Burger" because I felt in the mood for a burger and I also like wild game. I was slightly perplexed when my burger came out with this dark purplish black sauce on my burger. I assumed it was some sort of a bbq sauce and apparently missed on the description of the burger that there was a "huckleberry bbq sauce" on the burger. It was different at first and I was okay with the taste but after a handful of bites. The sweetness of the huckleberry was just to much and overpowered the burger. I would not recommend it unless you ask to maybe have a taste test of the sauce to see if you like it. I was excited to try the salad bar but it cost extra and did not purchase the upgrade. I definitely would not go back but I am proud that I supported a local business and that was my goal with eating local.

Don't get the filet, it's horrible. Soooo chewy, we had to have them bring us different steaks.

We stopped in for breakfast, waited 15 minutes to get seated (there were plenty of open tables). When we did get seated, no one came by to take drink orders (the guy who sat us put our menus on the table and just walked away). We had flag down a server (she looked like she regretted every life choice to that point. She never came back. The guy who sat us finally came by to take out drink orders after another 15 minutes. He never came back (where are they all disappearing to?) We waited another 10 minutes then left. Nearly an hour of waiting and we never got so much as our drinks.

The place was very busy with a que that was long in both wait time and length (hotel guests eat free). The que could see empty tables and in a few cases became visibly upset. Enter Supergirl. She bussed tables, took orders, seated customers, delivered food, and acted as the cashier. She did a great job in the face of an impossible task, all with a smile. The smile remained bright, even in the face of upset and demanding guests. If the manager is reading this, you have a rare and very valuable employee in Lisa. Oh, by the way, the breakfast was very good.

They do have some street parking in the front, but they also have parking spaces on the side. I would say the price was pretty fair for the portion that we received. I got some make my own omelettes with hashbrowns and the side of the biscuits and gravy. I do have to say I was a little bit, disappointed on the biscuits and gravy. It was in my favorite. Additionally, they have used a lot of oil for the hash brown, so it was fairly oily. But I guess that's what you expect if you're eating at a diner. Our favorite thing was the pancake. It was a little bit of salty and sweet and fluffy. The service lady was super nice and she was attentive. I will come back here for some more pancakes. But a good place to stop by if you're looking for some diner breakfast food.
