Want a wonderful hidden gem in Venice Florida, it's right off the US 41 bypass. It's a small little place in a strip mall, but boy does it have personality. The Service there is fantastic. She was a young, perky, friendly, little gal with a big smile. when we first came in, there was only one other couple. It wasn't long until the whole place filled up. that little gal took care of everybody, quickly, efficiently with a big smile. Everyone's food looked delicious and it was very reasonably priced. The wife and I split the chicken wing special which was $.70 a wing for 10 huge wings. We had old bay dry rub with a side of the Nashville hot dipping sauce. the french fries were piping, hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken wings were big, juicy, plump and very tasty. In fact they were so big, we could only eat six and brought four home. I will definitely be going back. I forgot to say everything's home made in house. It's all fresh.

First!!!! So I was able to stop in for lunch to check things out. The full menu is listed but I was told they are adding more items in the near future. I went with the Fruben and substituted a side salad for fries. Both the food and service were excellent, I will be back for sure

Not at all as advertised, or pictured. Hard to tear through the toasted bread that was somehow chewy at the same time. Fruban Sandwich

I can't speak for the Ambiance, but the service on the phone, and the food could definitely use some improving; I've never had a warm panini that was soft on one side and warm and chewy on the other. I would requested a refund if I had not had it to go. Worst Fuban / Cuban I've ever had.

Went Saturday for first time. Had the crag legs! They were delicious. I told her they were the best I had had.

Today was a super gloomy day and it almost looked like it was going to snow lol! Dave suggested…read morethat we head out to Matlacha and Pine Island and have a late breakfast at the Pine Island Getaway Cafe. Great idea! We love supporting our local community as it is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. We crossed the bridge towards St. James City and towards the Cafe. It was bustling and it looks like a lot of snow birds have found this hidden gem. Everything is homemade and baked there. We ordered our usual- Scrambled eggs piled high on a Croissant with bacon and cheese. A delicious crispy concoction that keeps us coming back! Not to mention the fresh ground coffee and the little patio outside overlooking a peaceful lake. We ate our sandwiches outside in the cool beautiful breezy weather. The sandwich is so yummy and you need a fork and knife to cut through the delicate croissant. Then off we go to our favorite little Publix on Pine Island to grocery shop. A lovely way to begin our day!

We tried the almond croissant, coffee éclair, gyro sandwich, a Cuban coffee, and a café olé -- everything was fresh and flavorful.
