What an amazing staff! We recently rented out The District for a private party. We brought in tables for a seated event, but everything else was provided by Arin and her capable staff. For starters, the food was amazing! Nearly every person in attendance that night commented on how good their food was. Even the salmon, which can be tricky to do well for some restaurants, we perfect. The staff was so kind, so helpful, and so fun. I honestly cannot think of a single thing we would change. Thanks, Arin and staff!

The reviews say it all! This is a crappy bar with crappy bouncer's with no manners. We can only hope they close down.

Love this speakeasy!…read more First visit and had a ton of fun! Immersive, Various Games, Delicious Drinks and Fun Environment. Two hour limit. The only downside was the other people... I'd rather pay to even enter and have less people. It's not super crowded, but you have to jump on a section or seating area if it becomes available. We sat in 1 section and played some video games, then moved to another table to play UNO and we wanted to go to the other corner that had a different video game but had people swoop in literally right in front of us to take it. So we waited but they took an hour here. Weren't playing any of the games - just photos of themselves. After an hour, we asked if there is a limit in certain areas to allow others to check everything out and they did say yes and they mentioned it to the group so they left and we had to rush in to sit there before another group - but told them we are out in about 30 and they can take it after us which they were cool with. We played some Mario Kart while enjoying our last drink and then left. Other people ca be a bit more courteous but there may need to be signage to just be respectful due to limited timing.

We seated ourselves at our favorite raised table in the corner on the far side of the bar. My husband and I stuck to traditional cocktails, and old fashioned and a Negroni. Our friends chose signature cocktails: the Turbo Granny and the Electric Feel. Now the Electric Feel was not just a drink, it was an experience. Our server explained to our friend that he should sip a little of the drink, then chew the Szechuan buzz bud for about 15 seconds, letting it coat his whole tongue, then enjoy the rest of the drink which would taste different afterwards. Our friend went through all those steps and said it was incredible, like all the flavors were enhanced along with different sensations in his mouth, kind of numb and tingly. His wife was not satisfied with his description of the experience, so she bought a Szechuan buzz bud for $2 and she said it was kind of like pop rocks. These buzz bud looks just like a little flower bud like the end of a dandelion once the seeds are blown away. It comes from a plant. Totally fascinating! We enjoyed our one cocktail each here and just had great conversation. It was a fun night because of the company, and also because we had a little adventure going to two amazing places!

My wife's cocktail was also top notch. She ordered the risotto and that was another win--well executed and clearly something the kitchen has dialed in. My entrée (the mussels with chorizo and fennel) was the miss. It came out very salty, and I couldn't really detect the fennel that was listed on the menu. To their credit, they comped a beer, which was appreciated. Service was friendly. One small but real comfort note: there was an exposed bulb on a shelf at eye level that made our table uncomfortable enough that i had to move my seat to not have it in my eyes the entire evening. Probably an easy fix, but worth mentioning. Overall, there are some genuinely strong dishes here, and enough went right that we'll be back--just hoping for a bit more consistency across the board.

Great cocktails and great food options with pretty good service. They are a small staff for a small venue so you might have a little wait for your craft drink, but they are tasty. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. Service was the main issue. The bartenders seemed inexperienced, and our server wasn't familiar with the drinks, often needing to check with someone else. It took about 20 minutes to receive our first round. Our reservation was at 10:30, we were seated until 10:40, and the place closes at midnight so timing already felt tight. Because of the wait, we asked to order two drinks at once for the next round, but were told it's limited to one at a time. That would be understandable if service were faster, but it took another 20 minutes to get the second drink. We were also told drinks from the regular menu take longer, so I tried one from the specialty menu...still a 20-minute wait. It was a frustrating experience. That said, the space itself is smaller and more intimate, which could make it a nice date spot. I do think this place has potential, and I'd consider giving it another chance, hopefully with smoother service next time. Oh Beignets were amazing!! Yummy little donuts!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They genuinely care about their guests, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot whether you're going out with family, friends, or just treating yourself. The cocktails were tasty and presentable. Food is a decent size and shareable. However, I must say they lack ingredients like for curry it was really watery and plain, it didn't have veggies like I would get from other restaurants, there were some chicken pieces and a few tiny bits of potato. The crab fried rice and beef pad see eww didn't have that much protein but it's alright since there's equal veggies mixed in. Chicken wings were good but I would pass on the egg rolls, it was gritty and dry in my opinion. Mango sticky rice is not bad, your typical dessert like other places. The wait for bigger parties can take some time on weekend or peak time since it's a small restaurant. There's a few bigger tables all the way in the back of the restaurant. 20% gratuity is required for parties of 5 or more.
