The eggs were cooked perfectly and the Hollandaise sauce was rich and tasty. Loved the hashbrowns but both my husband and I cold have used more on the plate. They were pretty skimpy. All in all I would try this again and maybe ask for a second helping of hashbrowns.

The breadcrumbs are meant for BAKED Mac & cheese: fine breadcrumbs are mixed with butter and then pressed on top of the Mac and cheese (sometimes after a layer of cheese which melts) creating a crust on top. But this was not baked Mac & cheese, it was just a scoop of Mac & cheese put in a bowl. And the breadcrumbs were just smashed croutons. With several big chunks. The result? A scoop of Mac & cheese in a cold bowl with a large amount of dry crushed croutons on top. Dry chunks of croutons just sprinkled / thrown on the top. Like salad topping. It made for a very weird eating experience. Crunchy dry Mac & cheese. For $25. I can guarantee this is not the recipe.
