Relative to staff, they are so friendly and outgoing with excellent follow up throughout the meal and clearly a strength of this business. He made recommendations that turned out to be superb choices. His excellent service and enthusiastic manner really made this an enjoyable experience. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was amazing. I travel to Novi occasionally for work, and I guarantee I will be dining at this Black Rock location every time I am in the area.
