I've ordered my big easel through NV Fine Arts, and it saved me a lot of time and money. Staff is kind and helpful. The art exhibits they put on are great and fun, giving local artists some opportunities to show. It's all over wonderful!

She came back to buy more supplies and when she was checking out the cashier saw that she had some pencils visible in her purse, but instead of asking her if she'd like to pay for the pencils or if they were her's the cashier accused her of shop lifting and kicked her out of the store without taking her order for $100s of dollars. My girlfriend was tramatised and told me about the experience, which had her shaken. So I went back to the store with her to see what was up and when the two owners saw us coming in the door they rushed us and yelled at us and pushed us out of the store. This was over a couple of $ worth of pencils that they could have just asked her about. It's not like they were hidden. She was at the register trying to pay.

I was terrified the whole time that my piece would turn out awful! But the staff walks you through it and makes sure that you're doing everything correctly. I liked seeing how differently everyone's piece turned out. Thats what set it apart from other activities like a paint and sip. You're able to personalize it, so no one walks out with the same picture. You also can use power tools! What's more fun than that!? The staff was so friendly even when our group got a little rowdy. They helped me figure out color schemes and even brought out the glitter! Definitely want to go again.

There happen to be a birthday party there when we arrived. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for tables to clear out before we could get started. You are able to make reservations so that's good to know for the future ! We didn't really get a rundown about how the process worked when we arrived but there were signs and directions on the table that we followed. You pick out the piece you want and once finished, you pay for everything at the end! It looks like each piece takes about a week to process. You're told they will not contact you when your piece is ready unless there is something wrong. You are able to go in and pick it up whenever that day Pick up was very easy. We checked in at the front desk and provided our last name. Easy! They give it to you in a cute little bag and that was that.

I love patronizing Antique stores, as they sometimes offer a local perspective that no local "tourist" shop can offer. Places like this also require a couple visits to peal the onion. These stores also run hot and cold regarding what I look for and like. In my case, that's usually pens, knives, old office supplies, and interesting metal pieces. At least for this visit, nothing really connected. Oh well.
